Just checking on ya hillybillylee...hope you had a great weekend.

And I may be the outcast here but I love whole-wheat pasta....there must be something wrong with me. And I'm half Italian too.

(Italian / English / Cherokee Indian......so I understand your German / Irish/ Indian combo.....we're just a bunch of mix breeds huh?)
 
My great great grandmother was full blooded Cherokee. Its always been said she was descended from the Keetoowah tribe. I have tried to research this but its hard to follow. The records aren't quite as complete then as they are today. Its apart of our family so we go to reservations and camps once a year. Whether its a German Oktoberfest or an Irish festival or an Indian reservation. Its nice to show the kids where they came from.
 
I'm reading these entries and I've now got earworm... How does one get rid of Cher's Half Breed - short of slamming my head into the monitor multiple times... and if you suggest sining It's a small world after all, I might just have to get mean :D
 
Meal plan for today. Don't sick the calorie police on me, I just cant decide what to have for a snack later. I shouldn't need a snack, I woke up late and breakfast was at 12:30 pm.

Breakfast----- 2 fried eggs (no cal cooking spray), 2 slices of turkey bacon, and 2 piece of wheat toast. {70-70-35-35-70-70}
(350 calories)

Lunch---- Lean Cuisine- Chicken with basil cream sauce and angel hair pasta
(280 calories)

Dinner--- 2 cups of baby arugula with 2 pickled eggs and 1 packet of McDonald’s light balsamic dressing. {10-100-40}
(150 calories)


Drinks- water, unsweetened chai without milk
(0 calories)
Total------ 780 calories
