Wow Lee---I'm amazed. I can cut down to 1040 calories. I even did it a little last year. The difference was that about 600 would be empty calories. You seem to be eating things with decent nutritional value. Good job.
 
Wow, I am so glad you have found inspiration here, but I am so sorry for how hard things could be for you before your journey here. Ciaoana and I were having this same dicussion the other day as I have a grandmother who loved to tell me how FAT I was, especially right after having both of my children! God it hurt, but in feeling sorry for myself...I ate and ate and ate. Just so you know....your posts and stories inspire me to keep on track and stay positive. THANKS!

well another day is out of the way. I could use another snack but thats just from frustration. Just from school stuff no big deal. Havent done any exercises today. Just with everything and the rain just have a case of the bla........
 
well today has been a bad day. For a rather large breakfast I had one whole slice of bread. Then for luch i had a sandwich so its almost 530 pm and i have only had in the neighborhood of 320 calories. just havent been hungry today. planning on having a high cal dinner but not sure yet. im not sure whats going on with my appetite im just not hungry............
 
Well Lee, perhaps it is because your stomach is shrinking. You definitely do need to get those calories in. One thing for me though is by eating better its harder to get the calories in. If I eat as many calories of broccoli as I used to eat of french fries--that's a lot of broccoli.
 
just keep snacking away (healthy) It will take some time but your body will get used to little bits all day long. It helps to boost your metabolism too. so even if it's just a little keep eating.
 
yea think im just feeling bad in general. just have a case of the bla..... This new fangled thermomoter says i have almost 102 F....... This could explain my loss of appetite. Funny i dont feel sick. Maybe its just an odd case of MANapause lol....... see yall soon.....

You don't know what's going on with your appetite? Are you still taking those pills??? Hillbilly, you need to talk to your doc about those.

Hey all...... well the doctor said its just on old fasioned case of the crud..... To my friends in other countries outside of the US. The crud is just what Doctors tell you when Its not the flu and not a cold but you still feel like crud, hence the crud. Got a shot of penicillin in my tucas lol. Starting to feel better. Well my bum does hurt but I dont have a fever anymore and my appetite is getting back to normal. Bear you asked what meds im on.... I take one for my bloodpressure and one for diet(For such a little doctor she can yell) anyway she gave me a blood pressure cuff to keep a track of my bp. If it goes too high i can take another bp pill to counteract the diet pill. Any way all mostly back to normal. Talk to yall soon......lee
 
I am glad you are under medical supervision.

I am also glad to hear you use the word "tucas." Is that really the way it is spelled? I have never seen it in print before. That is a word the old women in my family used to use back in the day.
 
spelling hmmm not sure. Its just a word people in my family use. Yea i think I am. Had to noch my belt and you can see it in my face. Ill be getting a scale next week.
