Your doing a great job. A huge buffet and you managed to pick a few things and not over do it anywhere near as much as you would have before.

Your right about their sense of humor. Its beat out of them before they can get the job :p

Keep it up, looks like today was a very good eating day! :)

Do you exercise? I read about you getting the weights out (but your journal is huge sry I didnt read the whole thing only the last 2 pages  ) I was just wondering if you've tried to get alittle bit of extra walking into your day for exercise, even just a 5min walk down your street is better than none at all.

Hope you have another great day tomorrow :D

Ok well I felt like I should of closed my lips until I atleast skimmed through some of your entrys :p . I just read through a bit and you really are doing so great. I see you've exercised and also on most days done so much better than wonderful with your food intake. :D
Big gratz on your weightloss so far! All your hard work will definately pay off big time.

yes i do. I lift weights m,w,f,sunday. Then sat and sunday I walk the lawnmower around the yard. I live on two acres so its alot of walking ill just have to measure it each time I walk it. The last time i measured the walking it was like 5 miles.

That's a lot of yard! Walking is great. Most of exercise right now is walking and it works wonders. It's something I am good at, it's cheap, and I can do it just about anywhere. Very handy.

OK who thought up the little Bitty Lean Cuisine meals?

 I thought I would try one of those LC meals. I opened the box and someplace they lost half of my food. Are you supposed to eat two of them lol..... OK OK just venting. Its going to take me abit to get away from the hillbilly portions of food my family gets ............

LOL!!! You're too funny! They are small, but with what little you've been eating lately.....they seem to be just the right size:D !

It looks like you had a good day of it Lee :)

yea not too bad. well, other than the air conditioning breaking down. you know in all the history books they tell us how texas was settled. pffft, this is where the last horse died. They musta said " Boys this is home get use to it." ah well one thing about texas heat, It lets you know your alive. As far as the diet goes yea not a bad day.

good to hear your diet is goin well but sorry to hear about the AC i couldnt deal with the heat down there. Its bad here bccause of the humidity and once i got AC i got spoiled i can live without it now LOL

Aside from the portion size, the LC was tasty? When I get back to the States this fall I just might try me some of those for a while.

Well it aint lik mamma made it.

 For a quick meal they weren't too bad. considering its hard to put that kind of low cal meal together yourself for a few hundred calories. Id say pick up a few for when you want a lil something. Thought the meatloaf was kinda dry then again before the diet i would dump ketchup on everything lol.

thinking of trying some of the other pre made diet food. just afraid the box would taste better. That and the diet foods seem to be double the price. just picked up the LC's because they were $2.50 each

The LC stuff you described sounded pretty good. It has been my fear that these things would taste like airplane food.
