Ahhh...I love the time change!!

I went out for my long walk this morning at 4:30 and it was LIGHT by 5:30!

well slept through the day, nice feeling. Today has been ok but haven't had much to eat. The diet pills are playing havoc with my appetite. It was the same way before and it took awhile to find a happy medium. Oh the diet pills they aren't anything prescription just over the counter and they are caffeine based so nothing crazy. They just mostly take off the sugar edge. Well I need to find something for lunch or since I have been sleeping would it be a second breakfast?
 
Well I did some research on the job that I'm applying for. It is in Saudi Arabia but it's on the border about a stones throw from Kuwait right on the Persian Gulf. I'm thinking some negotiations will be needed before I take it; if I do get it offered to me.
It's a small place called Ra's Al khafji. Probably not the most peaceful of places so we will take in all in as the mediations get closer and more intense.
 
Yes, you be sure to negotiate...I want you and the family to be as safe as possible! No sense in having a great salary if you're too dead to enjoy it. :p :p Ok...sorry, that came out wrong , but you know what I mean. :D
 
So true, very true. Looking at your menu, looks like you had what my daughter and I call, a "reverse day"...breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast. Those days are so cool!
 
Breakfast: Fried chicken salad with light ranch.
(500 calories)

Lunch: Beans and cornbread.
(700 calories)

Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese.
(280 calories)

Snack: 2 slices of white bread
(140 calories)

Snack: 3 slices of Cinnamon bread with a smidge of peanut butter.
(460 calories)

Drinks: Gallons of water, Tropicana twister orange strawberry banana burst.
(330 calories)
