Hope those stubborn pounds take a hike quick! Maybe you should up your water intake, flush your system out a bit. Are you getting enough sleep, not enough sleep can slow down the weight loss also. Good luck, you've done so good up till now I know they'll start coming off again soon.
 
yea I use to drink water all day now I might have a glass. So it just could be I'm not getting the salt out of my system and I turned myself into a sponge...........
 
Hello! I'm new here (I'm going to start a journal today) but I just wanted to say that I think you are doing such a great job! Wow, 79 lbs lost!

I've dieted many time before and got so bummed out when my weight loss plateaued. I think your body is just taking a break from the loss and getting geared up to lose more! That is my take on it anyway.
 

Breakfast: 2 egg, 2 slices of wheat, 2 slices of turkey bacon, light salad dressing {140+160+70+20}
(390 calories)

Lunch: 2 turkey hot dogs. {160+140+15+20}
(335 calories)

Dinner: Everything in the kitchen cabinet tuna fish salad with wheat Melba toast. Tuna, tomato, onion, horseradish, 2 boiled eggs, light salad dressing, pickle relish Melba toast {240+35+20+15+140+20+15+120}
(605 calories)

Snack: 2 small green apples.
(110 calories)

Drinks: water, 16 ounces of cranberry juice
(280 calories)

Total today is: 1720 Calories.
