a Hillbilly diary

Well today is going well. yea cheat day is over-with. I didn't wake up until hmmmm probably 230 or so today. So my first meal was really dinner. I didn't feel much like making anything here so I went out to jasons deli. I had the all you can eat salad bar.

Menu
Mixed green salad leaves, 2 boiled eggs, artichoke hearts,bean sprouts, about 6 calamata olives and some honey mustard dressing.

Dessert plate...... one bite size muffin; kinda tasted like a spice cake,prune something or other.( all it took was one....ICk) cottage cheese, some grapes, apple, strawberry slices is some sort of sweet yogurt dip. ( that had some sugar in it so only Had about a 1/4 cup of that.

Drink... un-sweet black currant tea.


If I get hungry later tonight and I probably will I'll make me a wheat wrap with peanut butter, banana and raisins. and probably a half glass of 2% milk.

Don't beat yourself up too much over it or it will eat at ya until you say "F" it!!! Just pick back up where you left off,look at my last 2 days I had Ocharlies and pizza and a small peice of cake ,today,I was right back at it before all of the sudden 9lbs heavier again lol.
Your doing gr8 ,you just had a craving,and that peanutbutter,bannah thingy should take care of that sweet tooth next time,Have a gr8 Monday tammy

yea it's all ok not a big issue. I'm mad at myself but nothing to panic about. today has been a good day. I'm hungry now but not sure what I want.

Hey this looks good :lurk5: lol. I'm really craving a salad. how weird is that. I think I might end up at katz's and get one of their cobb salads but I'm too lazy to go out....... ah decisions.

well I decided not to have this. I'm really not in the mood for sweet;even natural sweet. I didn't make it out for a salad so thinking I'm in the mood for breakfast....

Think I'll take a couple of English muffins, 2 poached eggs, couple of strips of Canadian bacon..... would just make a full on egg Benedict but don't really feel like whipping up a hollandaise sauce lol..... I tell ya lazy lazy.
 
Well it was a good day. Tomorrow back on a strict diet so calorie police stay away lol. Just going back on a hard kick start.

you ever notice how friends tend to want you to eat to get away from your diet. Maybe it's just my friends. When they are on a diet with you everything is "we can't have this or that." But when they give up its " have some coke, just one or two wont hurt."

Nothing has happened, my food is still spot on but damn some people can really pizz you off.

Breakfast: at about 3pm.... some white rice with some chicken and mushrooms and one serving of orange chicken.

Lunch: soup

Snack: wheat roll up up with a slice of cheese.

Dinner: serving of whole wheat pasta with some tomatoes and onions and a few peppers that I roasted and it made a passable sauce once some basil was added. also had one of those baby wheels of cheese.

Snack: handful of saltine crackers.

Snack: snacked on some Cherry tomatoes.

Dinner: Made a cheeseburger at home OMG>>>>>>>>>>>>. Had some fries as well this was the high calorie part to my day.....

snack: soup

Snack: sugar free jello.

Drinks: water, grapefruit juice, v-8 juice
 
:toetap05:well today has been a good day. Kinda hard to have a bad food day when you sleep until 130 pm.......

My poor scale has died :( I'm going to check the batteries but if not.... a scale that goes up to close to 400 pounds ain't that cheep....

I'm going to go to the mall and weigh at gnc at the mall but with steel toed boots jeans and a t-shirt I'm not sure what to subtract for all that. My size 12 EEE boots must weight 5 pounds by themselves lol......

do skinny people have these problems???? lol.

Gotta love those scales they are either unaccurate,not your friend,or breaks down. Not a bad day,i posted somewhere else about if you decide to have a not so healthy meal just pick back up with your next meal and there shouldn't be any damage done and I did that over the weekend,and NO DAMAGE and you did that with the burger,fries,then had your soup and jello fruit I say GREAT JOB! Gl with the pricey scales,my father was over 400 lbs and he would weigh at the aluminim can place I would be embarrased but he wasn't he was around 435 and when he tried to diet thats where he would go to check in since he didn't believe in ever going to the doctors.I would love to see you reach your goal,my dad unfortanaley he passed away do to the eating then drinking for depression he was 41 :angelsad2:."YOU CAN DO IT"REMEBER I am here for ya!***huggs***Tammy

I weighed at gnc and it showed me 10 pounds heavier but with my boots and jeans and all that I'm not concerned.... I normally weight :eek:-natural: so not worried..... :)
 
Cool beans!!I meant to ask ya wasn't you the one I talked to in the past that had a "OVERLY HYPER SON? If so I finally a couple months ago took my son to the docs lustened,research and he was put on one of the best meds that have less side effects and doesn't get them all emotional it's called Yvanese(can't spell )BUT ecerything has improved 100 % no more bad letters from teacher,his handwriting looks like a 3rd graders instead of 1st he concentrates and takes his time now,the only downfall is when it wears off usually around 6-7ish so he takes something to help him sleep,I just wanted to share the story with ya,TaMMY

yea my son is the one that bounces off the wall lol. We have talked to a few doctors but my wife is dragging her feet on an official visit. she doesn't really want him drugged and I can understand that. I think it going to have to be done though.
 
well I think I stayed the same this week. I hate trying to compare two different scales. I'll probably go tomorrow and pick up another 400 capacity scale. I think bed bath and beyond has them for about 39.00 give or take.


Todays food
Breakfast/Lunch: some orange chicken, blazing hot chicken and about a cup of white rice.
Dinner: soup.
Snack: half of a raisin bran muffin.
Snack: 1 Haas avocado
Snack: soup.


Drinks: water, sugar free mocha latte, tea.
