Yea the whole sleeping thing.........not really working out.... lol. Six am is going to come so early. I'm almost through with my meal plan for tomorrow but I don't feel like walking downstairs just to look at package calories lol. Why do today what I can put off until tomorrow lol......
 
One of my best weight loss weeks had about 10 cheeseburgers in it. With lean meat and a whole grain bun and a side salad its not a bad dinner at all really. Have a great day Randy

That tuna you talked about earlier sounds delicious! I might have to make that sometime this week.

Snack: 2 pears, 2 oranges. {193+140}
(333 calories)

Snack: 3 egg omelet with 2 slices of turkey bacon, cheese, and salsa. {210+70+60+40}
(380 calories)

Drinks: water, green tea, diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1758
Maintenance calories 3553
3553-1758=1795 unused calories

me that we are different time frames?? Anyway your menue looks
good and you have alot of unused calories left each day!

Hello everyone..... Decided to catch up on some sleep. Everything is going good except I slept alot of my meals away today. I'm not tired but I guess my body was lol. Tammy I didn't think we on different time zones but if your not on central time then you're an hour ahead of me. Ehhh the blonde thing is cool. I was born blonde it just got darker over the years lol...

Anny I think t2 was on that diet but you can expect some ummm interesting side effects since I think most of those foods are high in fiber.

Kezz going pretty well; just school and home not much else lol.

Cannon it's strange I have lost on weeks when I have been bad and not lost on good weeks, It's so strange.

Happy speaking of cheeseburgers one of the guys at school works at burger king and brought one for everyone and it had 5 pieces of meat on each and 4 pieces of cheese. It broke my heart to tell him I couldn't have it....... He went and got me some McDonald's side salads....... boy talk about screwed over sideways lol.....

Amy i meant the one here by the school and I was even going to buy...... maybe next time hun lol....

Hey everyone..... Today was a good day. The only thing is I don't have room for that last snack. so my new numbers are.....1425 calories. With a maintenance of 3553-1425 that leaves me with 2128 unused calories. Hmmm thats kind of alot..... ain't liking that........
