A Healthier Me (Veronique's Diary Part 2)

Hello forum friends

I couldn't make it on here yesterday so I will quickly recap my weekend.

Saturday

Egg on an english muffin wit h a slice of cheese

Lunch
not hungry didn't eat
had a cup of coffee


Diner
Pizza veggie ( the frozen kind not takeout)

Played X Box Kinnect for about 3 hours with a couple of friends we did the bowling the dancing the volley ball so at least lots of activity.


Sunday
Egg on English Muffin with cheese

No lunch cause we didn't have the time

Diner
we ate out at scores so I had a 1/4 chicken breast with fries salade and sauce and ate most of it
Then we took the kids to an indoor play ground and played with them running climbing walking in ball pits and crawling in plastic tubes...beleive me this is a workout!

Then when we got home I just had to get started with the Biggest Looser game I had just bought for the x box so I did the 10 min assesment and a 20 min workout....wow did I sweat.....and i am still sore today and today is time for my second workout...I really enjoyed the first even if i tought I was gonna die and throw up after 10 min! I am looking forward to working out again today!

2 cups of salad
2tbsp of dressing

Hello Forum friends!

Yesterday I did do the work out...I wasn't gonna but then my hubby said we bought the game you are doing it....I needed that kick in the butt! I didn't find it as challenging yesterday so mabee I will do a 30 min workout starting thursday!

bagel with cheese (forgot my salad at home)

probably the salad that was supposed to be my lunch!


I think I will work out again tonight I just feel motivated!
 
Great job starting up the workouts! After a week or two it will become routine and then you will want to do it and miss it when you can't! The weekend looked good - and more activity than normal so that's a plus!! Things are looking good for Friday! Keep it up!!
 
Nice work on the exercise! I love the sound of that game! It sounds like it would be the perfect thing to get you sweating at home!! :) Is it fun? Does your hubby do it?

I love that my energy level is up.....I think I am getting used to it already...I am so hoping this feeling last!!!

I am loving the game....I think it's fun....and I like that it has a schedual tonight I want to try one of the little games (like the challenges on the show)
I wil let you know how those are!

Hubby did the fitness assesment but since he is not overweight at all....he weight like 140lb and he is a 31yrs old male measuring 5ft8 or somewhere around that....he want to gain lol (talk about oposit attract) he basically can eat what ever and not gain.....his work is very physical so that helps carying 40lb of cheese for 8 hours is hard work....he wants to see if he can muscle up with the game....if not we will buy the your shape game for him!

Hello Forum friends


ok So yesterday I did not do the workout yesterday...I ended up sitting and watching tv craving chips so I got up and went outside to shovel some snow to keep my mind of junk but when I came back in I ate 2 handfull....still proud that I didn't eat the whole bag like I wanted too!

I don't know my mom is brining something over!
 
Nice control!! I don't think I could have done that! If i see a bag of chips...I know if I had one- I would eat the entire bag! And possibly anyone that got in my way hehehehe

I bet the shoveling was a great work out!! That's tough work! You should be proud of yourself for getting out there and doing it when you didn't want to!! Awesome work!

I just started watching the Biggest Loser...o.m.g. LOVE IT!!!! It's sooooo heartwarming!! Let me know how the game is!!

I tried on of the challenges yesterday it was fun and exausting!!!

So the scale is not my friend this morning 176.2 :( I will have to keep working hard I want to see some real results!
 
Next week will be better! At least you worked out a little with the shovel before eating the chips! And stopping at two handfuls is great will power!! Keep it up over the weekend Veronique!! It's going to take some hard work but the results will be worth it! Take care :waving:
 
Veronique! I thought you were away until I saw your post in Tik's diary and I found that you have a new diary :) I have a new diary also. I have to catch up on what's been going on in your life, but don't get discouraged, you can do it! I remember when you clawed your way out of the 180's and I'm sure soon the 170's will be a thing of the past :)

It's good to see you on here!....I will have to check out that new diary! I am not giving up but it would have been nice to see results on the week on was actually working out! I am still working my way out of the 170's and I expect a struggle out of the 160's as well....it all part of the game!

I have been away for a few days not cause I gave up but because once again I have the flu....I have to get checked out I am sick all the time I really want a fair chance at keeping my job I have to stop being sick! I back at work and starting to feel a bit better but my chest is very congested so no working out. The fever is gone and all I want to eat is chips i did a bit the DR recommende salty food like a few hand ful of chips a couple of time this week since i don't drink gatorade or juices like that. I mostly drank lots of water so he wanted me to eat salt in moderation.

Ugh that sucks about the flu! I have been getting sick more than usual lately too. Must be something in the air going around. It really kicks you to the curb though when it comes to being healthy so just take care and weight loss will be here when your feeling up to it! Lots of water friend!

I am feeling better today but still not up to work out ! Still get chills once in a while and the chest congestion alone is driving me crazy!!!!! Apetite is on it's way back
