Hello forum friends......I decided that I needed a fresh start on here.....for those of you who don't know me let me introduced myself. I am 31yrs old married and I have two beautiful children. I have another Diary on here Veronique's Diary, that I started last January...where I documented my first 20lb loss......I have been stuck in the 170's since April I think....and last August when I started a new job in a cheese factory kind of didn't help much I tend to eat when I stress and I was stressed with my new job and we get to eat all the cheese we want while at work.....amasingly I have been able to stay in the 170's and not gain back ......as of this morning I am 173.4lb and it's TOM so hopefully by next friday I have a loss again.....I am mostly focusing on heathing healthy foods and only when I am actually hungry not because I am stressed or depressed or lonely ... I will take my measurments tonight and post them on here .....I will weight myself once a week on friday morning and take measurment once a month or every other month.....depending on when I have time.......as a mom I find that having time to exercise or just shower is hard to find (I do find the time to shower)
I am saving to buy fitness equipment...somthing for cardio that I can do while I watch tv in the evening.....instead of snacking!
