Two things. First, I'm just going to have to count calories the rest of my life, because losing weight and staying motivated is so much easier that way. Two, protein shakes are like the best thing ever!
Ate healthy delicious food all day. Just ran 3 miles and it felt great! Oh, and I lost 5 pounds sleeping last night. I must've been dreaming about running!
Breakfast - Honey Nut Cheerios, Milk

Recipe for a party in your mouth: 1 cup milk, 1 cup water, 1 chopped banana, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 scoop strawberry cream protein powder, some ice. I'll never need chocolate again! I think I may need one every day ... just for the 59 grams of protein of course.
