To get bigger you eat more, simple as that. It doesn't matter how fast your metabolism is, it's very possible to gain weight by lifting heavy and eating above maintenence. How many calories do you consume every day? If you don't know then start counting.

As for steroids, you have no need for them, I won't say if they're good or bad because that's your personal choice but in your current situation all you need to be doing is eating more so there is no need for steriods anyway.

What does your lifting routine look like?

i eat average of 2000 calories, i use supplements like Kre-Alkalyn before n after a workout, and Mammoth 2500 on the workout days

You don't have a fast metabolism, you eat a tiny amount of calories, up that number to at least 3,000 and see how you go after a few weeks. If you still aren't gaining increase the number again

Salaam Alaikum bro, the others before me are right. You are not eating enough, most people who are trying to bulk are eating waaaay more than 2000.

walaikum assalam, brother could u tell me, of what meat of foods do u eat or recommend, cuz im gettin bored of tuna mayo sandwiches n chicken breasts

If you aren't eating at least 4000 calories, you aren't even trying to gain weight.:D

Bro, it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you go above your calorie maintenance level. Read the nutrition section, and search the forum because this question has been asked many times and you will the answers on what to eat to gain weight

I have to agree, 2000 calories is very low. Now, I have a fast metabolism, and I eat 3700 while cutting and while I'm not skinny, I'm not a real bulky guy. (6'1- 191, I think thats about 87 kg)

Also, I find it strange that you specifically want your waist to be bigger, why?
