It's a good thing I'm not a blond or brunette for that matter.
Washed out red with too much time in the sun and way too much grey, so I'm not sure what color that is anymore.

Me, I'm so flipped out over my weight from the doctor visit there is no way in hell I'd do it but that's just me. I had a legit reason for my gain but I'm no less happier about it.
 
Well, a serving size is 6, I've had 6, I'm done now.

150 worthless calories - I'll be glad when they're out of the house! I think I'll send Meg out into the neighborhood spreading the joy of them ;)
 
Grrr...it's raining oustide - maybe it will be done by the time I go exercise.
I think we've only had two days of rain this winter, you'd think it could do it on my OFF day!

Well, no, if I was just walking in the rain, it'd be ok actually, but today is a work out day, and I do mine outside - me and a park bench or bleachers...I'm the SheSly (female rocky balboa) of the WLF!

And well, I look ridiculous enough ;)

I can do exuberant at times - I may be old but you're never too old to splash in puddles -it's fun...

a few years ago - i was in some city some where - i dont rememeber where i was and i was wearing avery expensive silk dress and walking bak to the hotel from the client i got caught in amassive downpour and decided - ok i've ruined my dress - i can't get a cab i'm gonna make the best of it so i did my best gene kelly imitation and did the singing (really badly and offkey) and dancing (two left feet) in the rain splashing merrily in puddles.. i got to the hotel and hte doorman though ir eally had gone round the bend :) i'm not sure i ever found my way back

OK - I'm almost out of here for my walk/run & exercises - the crunches are out of the way - thank God...

I hope they get easier ;) I'm such a wimp!
