Park bench exercises? Well, T2 calls it SheSly (since it's Rocky Balboa on estrogen)
I haven't been able to get to a gym - well, it's been ugly trying, so I haven't followed through. So every day, half way through my morning walk/run, I stop at a bench and do some basic body weight resistant exercises, I run up and down bleachers, do leg presses up and off the bench, bench dips for triceps, push ups, lunges and anything else that seems to pop into my head.
It's not a real tried, true and probably successful program I've got going, but until I get to a gym, it's about the most I'm going to do
I'm sure gardeners look at me kind of funny - but I can live with that
