Oh Geez, I can't imagine it being that cold...
Last night, when I took M to swim practice I wore long underwear under my jeans, long underwear under my sweatshirt, a jacket, gloves, wool socks and tennies...I was still FREEZING and it was "only" in the 40's.
Have I mentioned I don't "do" cold very well
All in all it's been a good day - yesterday's numbers were:
CALORIES 1,003 Goal 1400 - 1750
CARBS 128 Goal 158 - 284
FAT 30 Goal 31 - 68
PROTEIN 60 Goal 35 - 153
Sodium, Na: 2,506 Goal 1200 - 2400
Fiber, total dietary: 16 Goal 25 - 35
+~200 calories for incidentals
Off to swim practice.
