Wow - You guys have been busy!
Ohappydaye, 24 miles is actually on the low end, I was averaging 30-35 a week but slowed the milage down when I added cross training exercises and intensity bursts to my walking but I definitely want to work up to half marathons
JellyB, I WILL drink more water this week - I'm on a MISSION!
Cannon, you are hilarious! I have yet to pass cars (except for those sitting still at lights)

but I am certainly more cautious. A jogger was hit last Sunday on my endurance walk, the police were every where and I had more then one cop stop me and "remind" me to push those buttons at the cross walk
On my endurance walk, I walk 3.5 miles to get to this lake (attached picture). It is one mile around, so this week, I walked around it twice then the 3.5 miles back home. (I actually walked .5 mile more because I took a long cut to O'Neil Park with a friend which is on the back side of the lake - which is why I went 9.5 miles)

When I go for my regular 4 mile walks, I go in the opposite direction, which is down a 6 lane artery which connects the outside world to my hole in the wall - where I walk is a bit more built up (and further North) then the second picture, but it's the only image I can find online - My 4 mile stretch has side walks, some housing, but then where there aren't housing, the hills look like the image.
C, Scarlett & Nanders - YES!! It is so good to know that party is BEHIND me, and I can continue forward! I don't have to do it again until NEXT year!
T2 - who would have figured that the alcohol wouldn't have replaced Lysterine!?
Moondance, she wouldn't take any left overs home - but I'm DONE eating

Besides, all the pepperjack cheese is gone, and that's my downfall!!
