Good Morning Everyone :)

Thanks for all the comments on the avatar - we did have a fun weekend!
T2 - yes, a *:) moment if ever there was one. I woke up to find a bandaid on my heel - I remember a friend having bandaids last night. I have NO idea how the bandaid transferred to my foot - especially considering I was wearing lace up boots and socks ;)

I just got in from my walk -
4.52 miles 51.12 minutes 11.30 minutes per mile. I haven't done my exercises yet today. I will :)

It's 9% alcohol! :eek: Even Guinness is only 4.3%
No wonder I didn't know how the bandaid got on my foot!

Well, that and the yummy Chambord drink I had ;)
 
I'm off to bed with a sinus cold, but wanted to thank you for stopping by my diary, Deb. I read something about a mystery bandaid on your foot...will have to catch up on my reading tomorrow. Good night :)
 
I don't think I've ever even heard of the stuff. But at 9% I'm pretty sure I'd be dancing naked on the bar after 2 beers. :p I never drink more than 4, and I drink 5% beer.

And last night was my Book Club - I had one Long Arnold (a drink my girlfriends and I made up after going to Palmer's in Palm Springs) and I ate TONS of vegies and none of the desserts!

Oh, I snacked on quite a few almonds that had some sort of almond coating with rosemary - OMG they were amazing!

Tom, if you like strong beers it's worth trying. I can not drink a pale beer, so it's kinda right up my alley ;)

ooooo someone had fun :D:D great! i tried that beer and its definitely a strong one hehe.
so any news on the bandaid? i love good mysteries :D
