Good morning and Happy Easter, Debi! I can relate. I thought about a second glass of wine last night, but honestly, I measured the calories against how long it would take me to burn it off....sometimes, its worth, last night it was not. I have just struggled too long on this most recent plateau.
 
Happy Easter Deb. I love your new avatar pic. Is that your daughter??? She looks like a mini version of you.
 
I wanted to say that I love your new pic too! You look SO cute! I tried to put the one pic of me (that full body one...I just cropped it to make it smaller) but it was still too big of a pic and hard to see. So I'll see if I can just take my face from that pic and see how it goes. Anyways, have a great easter!

Enjoy your Easter breakfast, Deb. Great walk! My dog would love me if I walked for an hour. I'm going to aim for that every day after work.
 
Here I am, stopping by to say hello. I've decided that once exams are over and I'm back on here as usual, there's still no way I'm ever gonna catch up on everything! Happy Easter. I hope that breakfast was wonderful.

Oh Jo - this was a miserable couple of days - I won't be doing this again! I'm definitely one who likes to know. It means nothing, it's the long term progression, blah, blah, blah...but I'm obsessive and this was hell!

That being said, I got it down and I'm at 175. Same place I was at last Sunday - but by Tuesday last week I was precariously close to 180. I'm sure it was the sodium and the fact that I was getting ready to start my cycle. Hopefully by next week - I'll see better results.

I averaged out my calories for the week - it works out to an average of 1755 a day - some days more some days less. I walked 6 days averaging 4 miles a day and worked out with weights 3 days. My sodium was 4,745 average.

It is frustrating - but it beats *averaging* 1100-1300 calories. My maintenance level MUST be leveling off sooner or later!
 
I agree, I'm one who likes to know. I don't see any harm in weighing yourself often. I think there may be a problem if it's more than once a day. I like to weight myself every morning, I just like to see that I'm keeping on track and I don't see anything wrong with it. I saw on tv a girl weighing herself like 8 times a day, now that is a problem!
