i've just recently come on board with the whole nails thing (I've had two manicures in my life and both were this year -I think i need a few more years for the pedicure thing)

I still havent bought into the whole massage thing either -I give a great one-i hate getting them..
 
I don't know...how about you mention to somebody that theres a whole town up north with no nail lady...there are millions to be made here! I swear! And if she babysits on the side...
 
iwan - i'll tell you this, i will NOT mention this fact to the girls who do MY nails ;)

It takes a long time to get used to a manicurist/pedicurist!

Mal - I'm telling you...you gotta try it...a couple of times AND get either polka dots, leapord prints or flowers on your tonails!

(And can you BELIEVE how foofy my diary is today?)

Haha! your diary is unbelieveable girly today. I'm having a shitty day, so all this talk of pampering was just what I needed. Although, it sort of depresses me because I know a pedicure would do me good, but I'm ridiculously poor right now. That's how you know the end of the semester is nearing.

I have very nice fingernails and I'm really proud of them. They're strong, so they grow nice and long on their own. I just do some buffing and add a little clear polish to pretty them up. I don't get to grow them long as often as I'd like because I'm not allowed to wear long nails at the hospital.
 
It IS unbelievably girly today! Can you believe it was T2 who started it???

For all those waiting in anticipation...
My toe nails are a copperish brown with black polka dots ;)
 
polka dots? how fancy :)

i feel dirty being in h ere today -i don't have such girlie thoughts - quick someone say something risque - gimme some innuendo.. please..

Oh my gosh, those toes must be to die for! I hope there's someone around to suck on them? LOL
 
So long as no one messes up my polish...it's all good ;)

Oh, and I was just looking back on the first page of my diary - back when I weighed about 230 pounds I wrote:
