Ok, you must go look at the pic I just posted on my diary. It's soooo distorted and I look mutated! It's hilarious. But it's just the details that are distorted because it's pixelated. The body looks pretty normal.

Thanks for all the well wishes :) I think she's thinking the more people sending good thoughts, the better her chances ;)
Oh so she outta get it then :D
Wishes, can you believe we don't own a video?
Oh i hear some people dont have DVD players too - crazy third world people! :D

Good work on the exercise, thats more than ive been doing lately lol

You know, if your daughter really impressed the director, she still might get callbacks for a different part in the play. And I've done a few of those acting workshops for the theater group near us. "Kidstage" is what I did, and it was an amazing experience. They take parts of different shows, or one show, and do scenes from them. You go through a mock tryout, then get blocking and tips on acting. Then at the end, you preform it for an audience with the rest of the kids who did it. It's a great expierience.

I hope your daughter goes far in acting!

Awww M2M, she is beautiful I love her red hair!
My daughter has red hair then more a blonde in the
summer then at times a brownish red.I wish her
all the luck Have a great Sunday Tammy

Good morning Debi :) awwww, Megan is just too cute (please recall the acorn/tree thing) ;)

Hot diggity !! I'm off to the trail this morning for the first time in months :D I saw joggers on it yesterday tho I do expect it to be yucky, I'm still up for the adventure.

Welp I hear my iPod screaming at me, sooooooooo....

Time to shamalamadingdong

Thanks for eliminating a spammer from my diary Wishes!

And yes, we're terribly underpriveldged in my house! ;)

Xorie - it sounds like you were in the same type of workshops that the Laguna Playhouse is offering - we never got around to talking about it last night because Bob and Megan sat down and watched The Right Stuff ;)

Thanks Crazy & Tammy - I think she's adorable too :D In a very girl next door kind of way. Except when she's driving me up the wall!

T2 - I can't wait to hear about the trail! It's been a long time, and you're a walking MACHINE right now! Thanks for reminding me to charge my iPOD!

Hi Cinderelly,
M's hair gets lighter red in the summer, from being at the beach every day - but no signs of it changing. Her eyebrows are red. Someone once told me that's the sign of a red head that will stay a red head ;) Speaking of which, I've been letting the grey come in for over the last year, two days ago, Meg was commenting on how grey it really is...so I put some henna in my hair (I'm a blondish, brownish, red) oh dear. Now I'm really red, red like when I was a kid red - but I have brown eyebrows ;)

As for the audition, I did post about it, but it got buried quickly, I wrote:
OK - we're back.
I don't think she got the part, but she was confident, self assured, and HAPPY to be there.

We won't know for sure until later tonight - call backs are tomorrow for cold readings, so we'd have to know by then, but the director came out, (I couldn't be in there with her), said that she did an amazing job for her 1st audition.

The "1st Audition" leads both Megan and I to think they are looking for someone with a bit more experience.

It doesn't matter, she faced her fear of doing it, didn't back out and is VERY proud of herself.

Yes, we went out for ice cream and split a mint choco shake (sue me)
So much for not celebrating with food - but you know...learning moderation (and it was her idea to split it) will serve her well in life

Thanks for asking - it was a good experience for her :)

Im glad it all went well and she faced her fear - facing fear and surviving lol - is always the ultimate success...

as for dying your hair you can dye you eye brows to ya know...LOL - I always went red for the longest time - my father has balck hair and my mom is a fiery red hed - so I am lucky Ihave the complection to go light or dark - I finally just went dark agian abt 3 or 4 months ago...I love it and it was darker than my natural color so no more dying for me - funny cuz one of my friends is like oh you went dark and i said ya it is actually my natural color and she was a little shocked lol !!!

Oh and i went back like 3 pages...I guess it did bury fast or I just didnt notice it...

It's always fun to see what comes up with our hair.

I was just going through old pictures - and found one to compare to Meg's...

We're about the same age in each picture, I may be a little older.

Wow you were a red head hey - ya knwo I went through pix the other day and I found an old pic and I was like - this looks like my girls - who is this and it was a pic of me - LOL - my girls and I are all spittin images of eachother adn my granny and my mom as well - we can only tell apart baby pics by how old they are :):):) We have some good strong jeans in our family - plus it is good with me being a single mom and all - LOL

Haha! She's like a little clone of you! How sweet. Two beautiful girls. She looks like a little doll, I could just squeeze her!

The pictures are funny when side by side - that's for sure - granted, at her age, I outweighed her by at least 20-25 pounds

Got my walk in today -
6.85 miles 1:04 minutes 9.35 minutes per mile

Off to take M to a play date and later, dinner at one of the nicer restaraunts in town...

Restraint...I must remember restraint ;)
