Hi
Hi buddies, last few days I was so busy that I could not stay updated on this forum, and I missed it a lot.Thankyou juni ,princess lisa nad hott potato for checking out my thread and sorry for replying late to you guys.
I am sure you all must be doing great and are making great efforts to reach your goals and improve your health and happiness and ultimately your life

So I was so engrossed in work that I just managed doing my daily pranayam sessions in the morning. My diet was not messed up in these days,so I am happy about this
Starting weight 77kgs.
Weight on 30th july- 72.9 kgs
Weight on 6 th august- 70.9 kgs
To juni- Hey definitely don't miss out on pranayam sessions they are awesome and slowly you will be able to master them, just don't rush up and give yourself some time and don't miss the sessions

As you all know Rome was not built in a day and so please give yourself some time ,its hard to be disciplined and I am realising it day after day

I wish I had realised it back in school itself

Anyways its not too late to mend your ways, better late than never!
To PRINCESS LISA-I am very glad to know if I have inspired you to do your exercise but let me tell you, you will definitely feel this change once you start exercising regularly and be a living example

,I will be looking forward for that day,Go for it girl

To hott potato-See i have been doing pranayam since last 6 months regularly though I knew it a long time before but my ignorance failed me to realise its importance.Answering your question, I have definitely seen a lot of changes after being regular with it,as I am more determined now,and less ignorant as well as arrogant if I put it this way

I have also become disciplined and calm and it definitely has reduced my stress levels. As far as weight loss is concerned While doing these breathing exercises (pranayam)You make your body organs more efficient to perform the daily physiological functions, It also helps to remove toxins from your body, improve digestion, improves circulation and overall health of your body , so its an added advantage. See nowadays we are so busy that we tend to neglect our health and life I mean urban life is getting more stressful day by day and this is true everywhere I mean globally,We are all awed by the calmness and good health that the Rishis(monks) who dwell in himalayas and practise yoga and pranayam have, We can't afford to leave our life and settle in himalayas but we can certainly make these things(yoga and pranayam) a part of our lives and make it much more better
Hey and you can hijack my thread as often,I don't mind

,You are most welcome
