A comeback....

heya seems time for a quick update :), I am back with exercising regulary almost 5 days a week :) and I have started eating right instead of eating dalia and stuff cause I know its nutritious and all that stuff but my mind doesn't seem to work well with this:nopity: and I have my Gmat on my way in March:sifone: and am seriously preparing for this :ack2: , so right now am concentrating on exercising regularly:smash:,that's it :coolgleamA:

i think this thread is better for my updtes , rather than starting a new one.so after being travelling I am back to my routine , good news is that I have started exercising regularly for a good 85 minutes of cardio, bad news is that I have gained a lot of weight during my vacation :( Last two weeks I have lost 1.5 kgs. :) AND i AM FEELING GREAT :)
 
I know i wasnt much of a friend. I am truely sorry I stopped posting. I really hope you are doing well. I plan on being around a little more these days.

The family is doing well, the job is getting better and I am back at it. Not that i ever stopped but I am going to tighten up the food intake.

Yes, I am going great with my exercise been regular with it since last month,so its a great feeling.Wt. wise I ain't lost the weight I put on after festive season:ack2: But I don't care now I have just decided to be regular with my exercise and move around a lot :)
I plan on being around a little more these days.

The family is doing well, the job is getting better and I am back at it. Not that i ever stopped but I am going to tighten up the food intake.

Well I will keep my updates in this thread as its most old one to follow also its great to see what I had achieved earlier :)

Most importantly its for my friend on the forum Matt who doesn't seem to visit the forum now,But he is my biggest supporter here.....I miss you my friend :(....I will keep ya posted just in case you visit the forum .......Hope to see you soon :)

I have been consistent with my exercise and this time I have totally succeeded in Limiting sugar intake to be fair my sugar intake is nil :) I have also limited my carbs:)
Eating healthy and loving it :iagree:


Starting weight---77.9 kgs
Current weight---73.8 kgs
Lost-------------4 kgs total :hurray:

Thankyou dottymj,I am keeping the motivation high,taking 1 day at a time, I am joining gym this week and taking personal training,I am sure pumping iron would help me in burning more calories,Best of motivation to you too, We will achieve our goals I am sure of it, keep us updated,Love life, love yourself and keep smiling :seeya:
 
So today I joined gym, good gym with great space,star trac machines and good ambience,ample sunlight :)
My earlier gym was well lit but not with sunlight , with electrical tubes and bulbs,even during day :)
So my workout--
15 minutes treadmill
15 minutes bike
20 minutes elliptical
streching , and am feeling goood:driving:

Goin to the gym makes u feel REALLLLLLY good ... doesnt it !!!!!.. :) ... You might feel some muscle cramps in about 2 days ....but DO NOT skip gym for atleast 6 days now... and soon you will fall in love with 'workin out'.

Now is the time to up ur water intake ... keep the calories in check .. !!

And yes !! The quality of the gym matters too .... You work out in the mornings?? Sunlight sounds good... I don get it in my gym though .....
 
Hey thanks dottymj for the kind words, its been 2 days in gym and I am enjoying the workouts,I haven't experienced cramps or muscle soreness until now,and yes being consistent is also my goal along with weight loss...

I checked out your workout, wish to get high on endurance in a couple of months :)

yep and I workout in the morning, am much of a morning person,sunlight gives me a boost :)
