heya seems time for a quick update
, I am back with exercising regulary almost 5 days a week
and I have started eating right instead of eating dalia and stuff cause I know its nutritious and all that stuff but my mind doesn't seem to work well with this
and I have my Gmat on my way in March
and am seriously preparing for this
, so right now am concentrating on exercising regularly
,that's it

I am still consistent with 85 minutes of cardio ........and am feeling lighter, more stress free and energetic
Way to go girl!
