I've just started doing pranayams...umm 5-6 mins in the morning...how do u manage to do for 45 mins?? what all are you doing in pranayam? I do kapalbharti and anulom vilom only...dunno if it actually helps but since evryone seems to be doing it nowadays I said why not to try..

Tell me about ur program...wot all are you following? I aint going to any expert, just doing my own stuff.
But how to resist good food yaarrr heheh its so damn tuff! roz roz ghar pe things are coming nah, now temme how not to eat them! you know what I mean!!
I am fine I know you must be busy with durga puja and stuff,big festive season,I wish to see durga puja in bengal someday.......You are doing 4 days workout in gym and its great,I do exercise 6 days a week, 3 days strength training 3 days cardio.......cross trainer or aerobics in cardio stuff............I did take up a session with a dietitian but I am bad at following diets....I simply focus on being regular with my exercise ......with exercise I eat everything in moderation...Take good carbs and fats ,They are essential for body.Please do not avoid them completely.....Do take a session with dietitian so she can help with your diet.........Hii endurance!!

Different people are suggesting me different things to follow to lose weight. Hence am confused. However, am going to gym 4 days a week and trying to avoid fats and carbs.
