A brand new start

I think everyone is in need for alone time.. but I could go for some together time with all of you... still hoping we can all meet one day...

Yesterday, We took the kids to see this wonderful Christmas light display. While we were driving around I found a scrapbook store :)D) I bought some paper and embellishments and then I found this huge mug (what hubby and I call "The Bladder Buster") to help me remember to drink my water. I'm hoping that cute, "Scrapaholic" mug will do the trick.

Way to go Darlin, thats one way of getting the water in. I have a big mug also that holds 96 oz. So I know when I have my minimum in. I pee all the time too. Keep up all your good work Honey!!

Plugging along here. Had a wonderful day with the hubby and kiddos. We went out for breakfast/lunch to Cracker Barrel. (Probably not a whole lot better than my idea of donuts for breakfast...) Then we went to the mall to wander and the kids got to sit on Santa's lap. (No pictures. Are you kidding? Is it just me or is nothing sacred? I can't even take my own camera to photograph the kids with the Big Guy?) Anyway. Picked up the new Cooking Light magazine. I'm liking that magazine. Then we came home and watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. (Let me just butt in here and say how happy I was to get two family new releases - got Polar Express, too- from the Blockbuster on a Saturday!) We decorated the Christmas tree and we ate cereal and leftovers for dinner. It was such a nice day.
Now, I ate all sorts of stuff I should probably not have and I didn't get any real exercise, but I just had fun with the family.

Hey Sweetie sometimes we just need fun with our families and no worries about food, good for you. We own both those movies you got, Charlie and the Chocolate factory was brilliant yet creepy too...LOL. It was taped in an old Chocolate factory my hubby use to work at in England that closed down thats why I wanted to see it. Anyway like you really care when I get started I babble on and on. So Sweetie just dropped by to say good morning. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
