Congrats on the loss!! *happy dance*

Your diet looks so great! (I'm drooling over that picture there!!)

You should be proud of yourself for sticking to the low cal diet! it's hard! But you look like you're doing a fantastic job with it! Keep it up!

Happy weekend! hope sat/sun treat you well :)

Thanks for the support guys! :grouphug:

Fourth day in a row now that I'm sub 84 kg, that's something. I can't be eating much less than I do these days without starving myself, I think. With this kind of diet I must be losing weight. I may have said it before, I'm eating less than my mother and she is like 56 kg! :smash:

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Dumpling soup
Snacks: Apple, banana, 2 small cookies
Dinner: Bun with sliced ham and cheese
Drinks: Water, coffee, skimmed milk and lingonberry juice

OK!

Todays weight: 83.8 kg
Exercise: None

Hey TikTak - at least you know why the scale is up.

BTW - How dare you eat blueberry pie and not post a picture??? LOL
:D

Hey Justina!

Well the scale is down again today! :D Sorry to disappoint you but all pictures I have posted is from the internet (not my own). But the blueberry pie picture was very close to the pie serving I had.

Did OK today! I probably will go back to the gym tomorrow. I've had a week long break now. Tomorrow on "Fastlagstisdagen" I will also have a cream bun, yumm! Then during the Lent I'll make a promise not to have any chocolates before Easter. During Easter I'll probably will have 5 cheat days during which I will not keep a food diary and hope I'll not make too much damage. :smilielol5:

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Smoked turkey casserole
Snacks: Clementine, 4 small cookies
Dinner: Bun with sliced smoked beef and low fat cheese, banana
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

Down again! :smash:

Today was Fastlagstisdag (Shrove Tuesday) and I had a cream bun for dessert after a very late lunch. I think I could have had 10+ cream buns without a problem if I didn't stop myself . So now we'll have Lent for 44 days until Easter. I already promised my self to not have any chocolate during Lent, not that choclate really has been a problem for me lately. Now I'm thinking I'll set a goal to be sub 80 kg before Easter, I orginally had the goal to be sum 80 kg before April but it looks like that won't happen so I give myself 3 more weeks to get there. I WILL really try my very best to meet this goal without being unhealthy or having to do excessive exercise. I'm a bit lazy . Whether I succeed or not (God forbid) I'll celebrate Easter with 5 cheat days. But I will do my very best to reach this goal. And how hard can it be? It's only 3.5 kg in 6+ weeks God dammit!!!

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Meat balls with mashed potatoes, cream bun for dessert
Snacks: Clementine, small bun
Dinner: Orange
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

You can do this!! And good on ya for giving chocolate up for lent! I don't know if I could do that! I SHOULD do that, but I don't know if i could!!! Too tempting!! :)

you just gave me a great idea. giving up chocolate for lent. I am pairing up with you on this one, and we can keep each other on track ;) lol thanks for the great idea.

Fastlagstisdag? that Firschung Dienstag or Ash wednesday :) where are you from btw?
Thanks for posting the picture!!!!!! lol :) yumyum
Giving up chocolate for lent? i did it once - i managed it- i just ate other sweets LOL. my sister once gave up sugar for lent - she got used to it soo much - ever since she s been drinking her tea without sugar!

Your plan sounds totally feasible btw - 3.5 kg in 6 weeks is VERY doable!!!
Im pretty sure you can achieve it!!! GO TikTak!!!!! wooohoooooo!

Thanks! Yes I have become a bit lazy lately, nowdays I only go to the gym 2 times a week. I have hardly had any chocleate since Christmas holidays so I don't think I will have much of a problem to stick to my resolution.

Good luck! I will keep an eye on you. LOL

Hey Justina! I'm from a Swedish speaking part of Finland. What I really would have had to give up is cookies for Lent but I think chocolate will be more manageable. ;) Yes 3.5 kg in 6 weeks should be doable but looking back I only lost 0.1 kg in the 4 weeks of February :(.

Heya TikTak! I am really enjoying reading your journal, you're so joyful and inspiring!I also love the pictures you add to your posts,(although they do make my tummy rumble!!) especially those cream buns-good grief, they looked seriously yummy.
I am joining yoo with giving up chocolate for lent! It's not a big vice for me generally, although when the mood takes me I can go a bit nuts hehe!So hopefully we'll manage it together!
3.5kg in 6 weeks is certainly an achievable goal!I know you can do it!I'm behind you all the way!Going to the gym two times a week is certainly better than nothing at all!Maybe if you squeeze in one more day you'll be on target no problem!

All the best and look forward to reading your future updates!
:D

Oh yes! A leap down and the lowest scale reading so far, 82.5 kg! (After this I'll be really happy with anything but a gain next week.) First day of firewood work today, maybe 3 hours in total. :smash: From now on I will probably work a little with firewood chopping on almost daily basis throughout the rest of this month. I will not log this as exercise though but I hope it will show on my scale readings. Well I'm actually not sure how much I will work with this yet because we already have enough firewood at home for the next winter to come. Not the healthiest of diets today but not too many calories either, I think. Our waffles are really light weight wise. Before my diet I used to have maybe 5 waffles and then some bread with topping. Today I only had 2 waffles and no bread.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Fish soup, slice of loaf
Snacks: 2 small cookies
Dinner: 2 waffles with strawberry jam (yumm)
Drinks: Blackcurrant juice, coffee and skimmed milk

Wohoo, down 1.4 kg since last week!
