Good scale day today! My lowest reading so far since the start of my weight loss journey. Think I did prety good calorie wise today also. 
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Dumpling soup
Snacks: 4 small cookies
Dinner: Bun with sliced ham and cheese, apple
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk
