This weeks weigh in was really great but I'm a bit worried about next weeks weigh in, though. I would be really happy if I have any loss next week. But so far so good!
 
Good scale day today! I'm really happy my weight didn't bump right up after yesterdays weigh in. I am even down some more today. I was really close to haveng cake today, but i resisted the temptation. Another low calorie day, I'd say. Feels like I could eat more but I'm still not hungry.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Fish soup, slice of loaf
Snacks: 6 small cookies :eek:
Dinner: 2 rice cakes with sliced smoked beef, apple
Drinks: Blackcurrant juice, coffee and skimmed milk

I'm happy with this! :D

Todays weight: 82.3 kg

Hmm, somewhat eventful day today. Drow into a ditch with the tractor and had to have a big tractor to pull me out. Took maybe an hour. Really have to think twice in the futere before I would try to drive my way out of a ditch filled with snow. It only made things worse this time. :(

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Fish soup, slice of loaf
Snacks: 2 small cookies
Dinner: Big bun with ham and low fat cheese, 2 handfuls of grapes
Drinks: Blackcurrant juice, coffee and skimmed milk

Still OK!

Todays weight: 82.6 kg

Portion size went a bit out of control today. I had 3 eggs with my lunch. The weather has been fantastic today, around 0 degrees Celsius and sunshine.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Egg sauce with potatoes
Snacks: Handful of grapes, 4 small cookies :eek:
Dinner: Big bun with ham
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

Still happy! :D

If I keep this weight til Wednesdays weigh in I would be quit pleased. I'm OK, the tractor had some cosmetic damage though. But nothing to worry about.

Oh well, I had some cake today. But I did not have any cookies! Weight seems to be steady. I'm still happy with that after last weeks drop.

Every day I beat my lowest weight is a good day! This was one of those days :D. Not by much but 82.2 kg is my lowest reading so far nonetheless. I think I could have done better with my diet today, a little too much food, even a piece of cake (though it was very small) and no fruit. I still hope I have two more good weigh ins though, tomorrow and on Wednesday. Tomorrow is weigh in day for several challenges that I'm in and Wednesday is my "official" weekly weigh in. Keeping fingers crossed!

Breakfast: Oatmeal, one boiled egg
Lunch: Chicken breast with rice
Snacks: 2 small cookies, small piece of cake :eek:
Dinner: Big bun with ham and low fat cheese
Drinks: Blackcurrant juice, coffee and skimmed milk

One more good weigh in today! Again it is my lowest weight so far! :D Still hope I can beat it tomorrow. Total calories consumed today I have estimated at 1475 kcal. Thought it would be more but eggs are not that high in calories after all. As long I keep on losing I'm OK at 1400-1500 kcal a day. I'm not hungry and I am losing weight, that is great! Keeping fingers crossed for tomorrows weigh in!

Breakfast: Oatmeal, one boiled egg (225 kcal)
Lunch: Fried sausage and potatoes, one fried egg (575 kcal)
Snacks: Small piece of cake :eek: (100 kcal)
Dinner: 2 rice cakes with ham and low fat cheese, banana (275 kcal)
Drinks: Blackcurrant juice, coffee and skimmed milk (300 kcal)
