On a positive note, I'm not gaining weight. LOL

Well I don't know, maybe tomorrow I'll start to step things up, cutting out cakes and cutting portion sizes.

I have to think about that...
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Spaghetti bolognese, carrot
Snacks: Apple, 2 small cookies, piece of cake
Dinner: 2 small buns with sliced ham and cheese
Supper: 3 pieces of pancake with strawberry jam and whipped cream

Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk
Damn!
