I don't want to sound all hard core but I bet your weight loss would speed up is you ate less starchy carbs. I don't know, I've gotten in to juicing and it has sped things up for me. Getting my carbs from vegetable juice mainly and maybe one or two portions of bread or pasta a day.
What do you mean? Aren't slow carbs supposed to be good? I don't think juicing would help me to feel full throughout the day. I though try to eat carbs with some sort of moderation, small portions etc.

Did 2-3 rounds of resistance training instead. Think I had a pretty good day diet wise, only a little bit naughty with blueberry pie for dinner.
