Yeah! down under 85 kg this morning. Sub 85 kg has been one of my mini goals. A large part of my adult life I have been 80-85 kg. But this time I won't stop there. I'm heading down towards 70-72 kg, which was my weight when I started my army duties 20 years ago.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Macaroni casserole, carrot
Snacks: Half candy bar, kiwifruit
Dinner: 4 rice cakes with aspic
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

Wohoo! Down four days in a row! :smash:

Down again today! This trend can't last much longer, I'll probaly be up tomorrow... But it defintily looks a lot more promising now than in the end of last week. 60 min. on the bike again today. I hope sweat is a marker for a good workout because I'm always soaked in sweat after these bike sessions.

Snacks: 2 tiny gingerbreads
Dinner: 3 buns with aspic and low fat cheese
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

Looks like I've been eating a lot of gingerbreads lately, luckily they are only about 4 gr and 16-18 kcal! Looks like a more appropriate name for them is ginger thins.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Fish soup, bun
Snacks: Kiwifruit, apple, 2 tiny gingerbreads, piece of cake :eek:
Dinner: 2 buns with smoked turkey
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk

Blueberry pie sure have some calories, but damn it was yummy!

My goal for February to have fewer treats is not working out too well. Today I've had both cake and blueberry pie. :eek: On top of that I again had wienerschnizel for lunch. And there is still blueberry pie left over. This is not looking good! At least I tried to have a moderate portion size. :willy_nilly:

Don't believe the number of calories in blueberry pie. Luckily I had fish soup for lunch today. A couple of bathroom visits and I'm down to my lowest reading so far. :blush5:

Yes! Down to 83.7 kg, that's a loss of 1.4 kg in a week. Hope I can repeat those kind of figures in weeks to come but right now I'm just happy for this weeks result. I'm now also half way on my journey to 72 kg. :driving:

The race to the 70's is on. Well, I have given myself time till the end of March so I still have 7 weeks to get there. And once there it's not far to a BMI within normal range. :rolleyes: Where is the fast forward button? :confused: On the other hand I'm already in a sort of comfortable weight zone. So I hope I can motivate myself to keep on going.

I don't like it when my weight bounces up like it did today. :( Well, at least I'm still under 85 kg.

Just let's say that today I ate at my maintenance level. :rolleyes: The piece of bread cheese with cloudberry jam was about 650 kcal alone. :eek:

Really, really bad scale day today :banghead:!!! up 1.3 kg since yesterday and up a total of 1.8 kg since Wednesdays "official" weigh in :willy_nilly:. Well from here the only direction should be down. But this was really bad, I almost gave up on my cardio session today at half way through because of todays scale reading. Luckily I'm quite comfortable at my current weight after all though it would be nice to get below 80 kg in a not too distant future. Once again I had blueberry pie for dessert, naughty, naughty. :piggy:

I don't want to sound all hard core but I bet your weight loss would speed up is you ate less starchy carbs. I don't know, I've gotten in to juicing and it has sped things up for me. Getting my carbs from vegetable juice mainly and maybe one or two portions of bread or pasta a day.
