my XL shirts are getting really loose now... so i guess a Large will be my size when im at my goal.. it will prolly be a loose large.. :D
 
Jeremy, congratulations! You are quite an inspiration to us all. Our starting weights are about the same and I hope to follow in your footsteps. Always remind yourself of the way you were, and never go back. Congratz!

How long has it taken you to get to the point your at now? What type of exercise are you doing? (Im trying to get my bro who is probley about 275-300IBS) to start losing weight! Im gonna shoe him your sucess and say "HA! you can do it!!..get off your ass lol"

I've been following your posts for quite a while now. I'd just like to say, congrats on the hard work and insightful posts.

I didn't start out the same as you (283 here) but I found as I got closer to my original goal of 215, that I wanted to go down more (now 185). How do you feel about your goal of 215 now? Do you see yourself extending it to lower? Maybe even adding muscle mass at some point? I am asking because I see a ton of potential in what you can do (especially since I have seen what you have done) and was wondering what are your long term goals after the 215 mark.

i guess i will reassess when i get to that point...

im not looking to be a twig im just looking to be happy with my body and have a good amount of muscle.. which I already do.. im just looking to be very tone
