Hmm... a mini challenge eh? So what did you have in mind?

Not sure...first one to lose 2 pounds? Loser has to post a pic of themselves?:D From any time in their life? Or something. What do you think? See if we can get to 183 together.:)


Idohair-I messed up in my post....my real goal weight is in my ticker. I want to lose 12 lbs, not 22! (although that would be nice too!)

shyguy here just weighed in heres where im at

sw = 239
gw = 175
 
My weight today is 227 :rolleyes: My newly revised goal will be to get under 215, that would be my lowest weight in 3 years. I just bought a bike. It looks really nice, I just have to get to riding it :eek:
 
Okay, I officially weighed in at 263.6 this morning. I am really hoping to be down by atleast 12 pounds when this is all said and done.

I weigh in every Friday morning I did peek this morning and the scale loved me but I hid it until Friday!!

I have increased my walking by a mile and more hills(ouccher)and added 10 more situps to my 50 and 5 more leg lifts to my 10!
 
Hi, I'm new - been lurking for a couple of weeks though and I really like the positive vibes I've gotten from this forum so I'd like to join the challenge. Hope I'm not too late. :)

August 21/06 weight: 202 lbs
Goal after 6 weeks: 192 lbs

Ok so since I couldn't get on the computer yesterday to weigh in i'm posting now (sorry for the delay :p )
SW: 117
GW: 108-110 (somewhere right in there)

So my goal isn't so much to lose the weight as it is to develop healthier eating habits and to excercise more, I think I may ask around school and see if any of the girls want to start running after school or something (or I could just join track :p) Well thanks for listening to my rambling, and Good luck everyone!

Hi everyone!! So far I am doing great with the eating and exercise. Started my new nursing job, and everyday pharmaceutical reps bring food in, I happily and willingly eat my brown bag lunch. But, the food they bring is oh sooooooo temping. I just have to resist the urge. YAY! 3 days binge-free!!!!!
 
Is there anyway I can change my goal a lil I want to be under 200 by then(didnt realize it was oct)I can do it! but can ya put me down for 198 thats 25 lbs!!!! Thank you and if not then thats ok I can always do better than goal!
Dontforget I weigh in on Friday mornings so I will report bright and early!

I got down to 213 this morning, getting rid of 2 lbs. :)

Starting weight: 215
Current weight: 213
Goal:190
 
everybody seems to be doing a great job, didn't do good yesterday but I walked an hour and that's why I 'm not really being too hard on myself.
My plan for today is 1 hour walking, good breakfast, light lunch, lots of fruits and 1 gallon of water.
