6-pack-abs Brother Competition

I supposeltely lost 6% in four weeks. I don't have 6% , I have 12%. O, for my position I'll be making tackles, not taking them. I figure if I have a lower body fat percentage, then I'll be faster.
 
That's poor rationalization. If you really wanted to be faster, you should have been doing sprints, stairs, squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc. Not focusing on crunches and the mirror.
 
Well I figured if you carry less fat, then you would be faster. I do cardio every other day, so that helps also. I do squats and deadlifts, but I don't lift much. According to this chart, I got from the weight training program at school, I should be able to max 270 on my deadlift. I can do 155 like 3 times.

your goals are contradicting. you should either focus on gaining muscle or losing fat, not both. If you are really training for the sake of being a football player then gain muscle and forget about the six pack for the time being. I used to be the same way, until I realized that the ladies don't give a **** about an anorexic twig who has a six-pack. Getting biggers arms and a bigger chest without a six-pack is more attractive anyway
 
:( You can't do both? That sucks... No, I don't puke what I eat, thats unhealthy. I'm not sure what I'm doing. I wan't the sixpack but yet I want the muscle too.

Being Good at football is really my main priority after I thought about it. I decided that I'm gonna dump the six pack idea and just get bigger. Right Now, I'm 5'9 153 pounds. I'm going to do cardio only 1-2 times a week and weight train 3 times a week. My diet is going to include 500 extra calories then my maintenace calories. Thank You all for helping
