Well I figured if you carry less fat, then you would be faster. I do cardio every other day, so that helps also. I do squats and deadlifts, but I don't lift much. According to this chart, I got from the weight training program at school, I should be able to max 270 on my deadlift. I can do 155 like 3 times.
