That kind of change over a 6 month period is something to be excited about. I'm starting to think that I can probably cut my cardio days in half and switch them for weights - I like that idea a lot actually.
wow you look amazing!!! I was wondering if the resistance training you do still works for weight loss. For example, Im obese and a woman so could I still do it without looking like a she-hulk?
holy crap man .................... that is awesome, I have been going to the gym for like 2 months I don't lift too many heave weights the most I lift on the bench is 60 Kilos but I can't see results like that I lose weight but I stay plain.
