...otherwise - I try to have a little healthy-snack before I leave for a meal -out ( bit of fruit/ some cheese)- not being starving seems to help in "binge-risk" on the restaurant menu choices....

Ha! Ha! If only that were true. In the real World I have been trying to lose the same 50 lbs for a year now but thanks for the encouraging words and dieting tips. I'm just taking it one day at a time trying to make it 10 days without a binge.
