50 lbs Down & 50 to Go!

I've reset my Goal to go to uncharted territory 4 Total Loss of 121 lbs...I've done 40, 50, 60 & even 78 once, but 121 is the biggest goal that I have ever set for myself. That will put me back at High School weight.
 
Wow free - High-school Skinny- that's one tuff goal - but if anyone can do it - U can !

Thanks for the encouragement! I set my goals high so if I fall short I am not too disappointed. :driving:
 
It just ocurred 2 me that it'll probably B easier 2 reach my Goals this time since I am starting after Summer Vacations when I had a tendency to binge. :driving:
 
It's great 2B back on 1800/1500 rotation. If I can just shed another 4 or 5 lbs I'll B well on my way to reaching my goal of 71 pound loss by 12/1/12.
 
Just a little heavy lifting 2day. Have a few more boxes of flooring to bring in, then I'll spend the rest of the day biking, rowing & watching football.
 
My Daughter will be playing Viola in a Concert at UT this weekend & I'll be on my 1200/1500 Rotation. That should be interesting. I hope I can keep from binging.:nopity:

... & yup - I like fall-time myself for shedding fat - cooler outside ( better for exercise) , & less "summer-BBQ-beer" type calorie temptations,

Ok- why would a concert be a food temptation ??.... do they serve food at these things?....

My healthy choice meals are my security blanket. I'll be in Pigeon Forge all weekend at a Resort. I will be tempted to eat out and when I eat out, I have a tendency to lose track of my calorie count.

... I see - eating out - Yup- that can be real tuff - restaurants are "calorie pits"....oil & butter on everything.....wishing U MUch strength !! -


...one idea - a BBC docum. I watched said that a study showed that a clear-broth veggie soup pre-meal/as appetizer really helps reduce calories during the meal....


...otherwise - I try to have a little healthy-snack before I leave for a meal -out ( bit of fruit/ some cheese)- not being starving seems to help in "binge-risk" on the restaurant menu choices....
