50 lbs Down & 50 to Go!

Lost .2 of a lb. on 1800 calories and 50 minutes of exercise. I am very pleased with this weight considering I only got 50 minutes of exercise. This shows me that my metabolism has not slowed with my new rotation and I am on target to meet my goal of losing another 50 lbs.

That's good now if you can just avoid binging for a few days you might lose some substantial weight.

Actually, I weighed myself again after a 40 minute walk in the heat and I was down 2.2 pounds since yesterday morning. I realize that most of the loss is water but still I think that is a substantial loss on 1800 calories.

I can't argue with that. Now let's see you stick to it without binging.
 
Lost 1.2 lbs. on 1500 calories and 120 minutes of exercise. Eating mainly fruits and vegetables in addition to the Healthy Choice meals and a hamburger or grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. Doing little weight lifting.
 
What do you eat on 1800 calorie days?

Today I had a hamburger (approximately 400 calories) and about 350 calories of pizza, but that is unusual. Usually I have at least one Healthy Choice meal (250 to 300 calories) on 1800 days.

I also had oatmeal, an orange, a 50 calorie Kirkland grapefruit snack and a variety of dried fruits.

but i see 4lofat does a good job to keep u focused lol

now i m curious about what u r doing for the rotation cause it seems to wrk really well for u... is that what u did to lose the 1st 50 as well???

I need all the help I can get. That's the great thing about this forum. You get lots of encouragement but you also get some constructive criticism. Yes the rotation diet has always worked well for me. Katahn's old diet worked but my modifications work even better for me. I am going to check my charts but I think this is the first time that I have lost 1.4 lbs. in a day on 1800 calories.

Reducing my calorie intake is the most important factor but exercise and reducing fat gram intake is also very important.

isnt it fun when we see the numbers go down!

I do think no matter what diet we choose to do exercise is the key to it all :p
 
What do you eat when you are on the 1200/1500 rotation?

Today I had:

Breakfast: Kirkland grapefruit cup 50 cals & Macanudo Cigar

Lunch: Healthy Choice Lemon Herb Chicken 210 Calories w/ K-Paul Seasoning
Glass of Chardonnay 100 Cals

Supper: Healthy Choice Cajun Chicken & Shrimp 230 Calories w/ K-Paul Seasoning & Glass of Chardonnay 100 Cals

Snacks: Various Fruits & Vegetables & Macanudo Cigars
