Hello everyone!
Anyways I thought I would do this post as a montage kind. Just a few pics.. What I USED to look like and what I have accomplished. I only have the one picture for now because i deleted nad burned as MANY as possible once I lost weight. I found this one on a friends facebook. I would very much like her to take it down lol.
Anyways here goes...
This image is from 2006 at the end of grade 12. I was WAY overweight and disgusting CLEARLY. (on the left- short and FAT FAT FAT)

This is from when I actually started losing weight. ( If you can even believe it, the picture above, I'd lost 5 pounds!!! ) I really liked this picture because I had a jawline and a LITTLE bit of a collar bone!!! Beautiful. I'll always love that picture. My first Accomplisment!

This is probably the first "body shot" I'd ever taken. That shirt was tight on me at the beginning of the year when I bought it. I had my shirt tied at the back so you can see I'm not fat!

I worked out hard and had pretty rockin muscles. I specifically remember my heart and chest hurting when I took this picture.

I realllly loved this picture because of my jawline. It was so sharp. I would touch it ALLday EVERYday. I dont even look like the same person!

Thought I was muscle Woman... Sorry if this seems to explicit!

I fell in love with myself for the first time in my life.M

So thats my little montage or whatever you call it. You might not be able to tell because lots of them aren't very good pics but i can tell there IS big weight-differing ones in tehre... i just deleted most of the heavy heavy ones... and for good reason if you ask me!!
If i find more I'll update or redo this!
Anyways my point of that is to motivate myself and others. I need to get back on track and lose lose lose. I kept myself at the low weight of 122lbs (down from 190) for about a year and a half. I then gained to 140 and have since climbed to 165 since then. I have gained most of it in the last year and I could sit here and make up excused as to why I gained half of it back but I won't lie.
Losing weight is about WORKING OUT!! I cannot stress this enough. I quit the gym because I thought I was motivated enough to do it on my own. I also thought that because I was thin, I could eat WHATEVER I want, and have actually started eating WORSE than I did when I was 190 lbs! SO 165 is REALLY a wake up call. I am doing the November challenge on this website. So really guys, use this as a motivation!! This was NOT hard to lose. If you're passionate enough... you'll get it off!!!
