Tonights workout: shoulders; cardio: cross trainer 1.5hours, 6.76miles. Definately a bit slower than yesterday, but once I hit that hour mark I actually considered not putting more time into the computer, so I guess the extra half hour at a slower, less intense pace is STILL better than nothing at all!
I did really good on food all day, and then after my workout, I had some cottage cheese (yumm!!), and THEN ate some fiber 1 crackers n cream cheese

Not cool. I actually feel kinda yucky now, lol. The cottage cheese was enuf, whyd I hafta pig out on crackers n creamcheese?! Dumb! Gaa~! I really hope I didn't kill all my stats for the week over some stupid fattening snack

Im nervous... people sabatouge, without knowing it, and this is probably how it'll go for me: Guys- I may have a red beer, but I plan on just drinking lots of water. Come on Jessie! I'll pay- have a shot. Oh, heres another! WHAT?! Your done with that one to? Have a few more. And so forth, lol. A shot of vodka alone has 60-ish calories- useless info unless you actually care! Annnd I'm the only one that cares in this group, hahaha! *sigh* Just gonna hafta be reallllly careful.
Going to sign up at a new gym tomorrow, nervous! Might get a little time in there, to test it out, and then hit my regular gym for one last workout, *sniff* ! Goodbye, 24 hour wonderfulness...hello sleep.
