Holy hell... I earned like 4points this week, and GAINED a pound.
I know that I sorta fizzled this week, and I am personally guarenteeing that next week will be better, but shit! I feel sooo bad for screwing the hooters this week. AND for screwing myself. I might not have been losing huge amounts of weight, but I was eating great and working hard to be where I wanna be, and I screwed THAT up this week too! This week is a nice easy water challenge, so that one I know I'll get all seven points on. I am ALSO hoping that everyone else is feelin the challenge better this week(week6) cuz I know that there was a bit of animosity here and there. I need this challenge to stay focused, so everyone lets kick some ass, work out, eat great, and drink some water!
