doooooo ITSo last night I swam- I had originally decided that I wasn't gonna use swimming as cardio, but man, its SUCH a good workout that I hadta. Besides, it felt amazinnngg considering its been getting so hot. So I found a website that gives you pool resistance training, that way I was able to get both work out points in the pool, and didn't have to go do weights for half hour when I was done.. My arms hurt a lot today, and my butt to- I used a kickboard(haha! Haven't used one of those since junior high) and that works a number on the tush! BUT- my tush needs it, so it works.
Today I've got the day off from work, and I've got some random stuff to do round the house- hang curtain rods, cupboard doors, chip more linoleum, work on the back yard...bleh. I don't wanna do anything, not gonna lie- I feel uber lazy today and its gonna be a bit of a struggle!
DO IT.......take VITAMINS and WHIP it OUT WOMAN!!! 
YOU have motivated me WHEN I didn't want to DO ANYTHING, now I'm here to TELL you...you can NOT TAKE this COMPETITION lying down!
