3rd Times a Charm!

So last night I swam- I had originally decided that I wasn't gonna use swimming as cardio, but man, its SUCH a good workout that I hadta. Besides, it felt amazinnngg considering its been getting so hot. So I found a website that gives you pool resistance training, that way I was able to get both work out points in the pool, and didn't have to go do weights for half hour when I was done.. My arms hurt a lot today, and my butt to- I used a kickboard(haha! Haven't used one of those since junior high) and that works a number on the tush! BUT- my tush needs it, so it works.

Today I've got the day off from work, and I've got some random stuff to do round the house- hang curtain rods, cupboard doors, chip more linoleum, work on the back yard...bleh. I don't wanna do anything, not gonna lie- I feel uber lazy today and its gonna be a bit of a struggle!

I didn't take ANY of my vitamins today! BLEH!! I can totally feel it when I don't, to. :( Just feel more lazy and rundown than usual.

So I thought tonights workout was actually a pretty killer one till I saw RadiantPebble's workout, lol. She kicked ass today! I'm not gonna lie- litttttle bit jealous, hahaha! jjjjkkkk.
I did leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, shoulder presses. And for cardio, I did 13min and 1mile on the eliptical, 19min and 1mile on the treadmill, and 20min and 7.23miles on the bike. Shoulda gone an extra seven minutes and gotten in a full hour of cardio, but when your dripping sweat, and outta breath, ya don't really think of the extra seven :rolleyes:
Food today- NOT bad. But not the greatest. All in all, I mighta gone over calories by about three hundred. I DID have a small little blizzard tho, the harshest, and most, calories of my food. Usually I'd be frettin bout it, but not today. I've been doing pretty good on the food, and that makes me happy :)

Well- hope tomorrow is another great day!

So today was a mixed day. More good than bad, and not really bad so much as annoying. Work was awesome- made bank in commission- THANK GOD! Remodeling my house has got me BROKE :( I'm set to do a cpr class tomorrow night at 6, so I'll be re-certified for another year or two, and will be working Saturday night at the gym. Bleh. BUT, on the other hand, its extra cash...
However- some slightly shitty, annoying, whatever ya wanna call it news- the mall moved the Qwest booth about ten feet from my store.. Doesn't sound to significant, but two years ago I got beat up really bad by a stupid guy I was with, ANNNDDD he works there. And for the past two years I've done a damn good job avoiding him. I didn't go to the bars he went to, avoided that wing of the mall, everything! And now, in order for me to go get my hair gel, or even a salad should I forget my lunch, I hafta walk past him. A year ago it woulda freaked me out, and I'm not gonna lie- I get like a mini anxiety attack every time I DO see him. But its more like I'm plain ole pissed off now. So I guess if he f's with me, I use these beautiful new muscles I've been creating and show him how it feels, lol. Trash talk, I know. It would never really happen.. I'd chicken out and run(which would show off my new cardio skills I guess).

Tonights workout was back: I did widegrip pulldowns, upper rotary machine, and two other machines that I have currently spaced the name of :rolleyes: 100 crunches.
Cardio: eliptical 15min, .97miles-did this longer tonight than last night, but was a smaller distance cuz I did about six minutes on the highest level I could do...
Treadmill 30min, 1.58miles, and bike 15min, 5.56miles.
I almost stopped before I went to the bike, buttttt decided to keep going, even tho I was swimming in sweat and was gasping like a mad cow. (I don't actually KNOW if mad cows gasp- it just seems like they would, dontcha think?)

Anyway, off to bed to get my *8* hours :)

Annd, as sad as this is, I won't have anyone to go out with on the Fourth... :( so I won't spend a fortune on booze, won't guzzle a zillion calories, and might get some work done around the house- guessing this is a GOOD thing haha!

Wow, the compressions have doubled. Very interesting, thanks for sharing! I need a refresher course.

So, tom started today :( bleh. My sister and I ate about half a container of oreos... Eck! Then when I was at the gym tonight I decided to weigh myself, EVEN tho weigh in isn't till Saturday morning, and it said .5 lost. :( DEPRESSING! Yeah, I pigged out on oreos TODAY, but what about the rest of the week? My calories were on track EVERY DAY, I did an hour of cardio the last coupla nights, and I get .5?!!! Rediculous. Psh. I'm hoping its just water from tom. I HOPE I HOPE I HOPE!!
Anyway, got to the gym really late tonight, did the BARE minimum and that was it. Tonight was bis and tris: tricep pulldowns, 2 sets of bicep curls, dips, and assisted chin ups. For cardio, I did the bike for 33 minutes, and 12 miles. Bleh.. I'm beat. I'm not gonna make it to anyones diaries tonight, but tomorrow I'll catch up with ya!

Jess... time of the month is definitely a killer for weight loss... that and the urge to eat! No worries! It will come off next week! Have a great weekend! :D

Working at the gym tonight, bleh, so even tho i usually take Saturday nights off from workingout, I think I'll do 30min on the treadmill next to the desk, that way I can claim at least A point for today :) Wish I woulda saw the fiber challenge earlier today,lol. I'm usually pretty decent at fiber intake(addicted to fiber one carmel delite cereal, like 12g fiber per cup!!) so that should be an easy point EVERY day.

I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing is greater than water retention because over night you can get so skinny! hahahaha

Those oreo's sound sooooooo gooooooooood! I'm addicted to soggy oreo's in milk. oh man. I think I might do that if I lose a lot this week (a lot would be 2 lbs, miss skinny minny).
