So Thursday night I didn't make it on here to post my workout, I was BEAT. I refuse to go to the gym any other time of day (I go at 11:30pm, usually there an hour and a half or so) but it realllly wears on a person. Anyway, my workout that night was biceps and triceps, and then I did an hour on the bike and did almost 23 miles. BLEH. I was dripping sweat, my shirt was soaked, ICK! I don't really sweat a lot normally, but holy hunnies does cardio on the bikes do it to me.
Tonights workout was legs, and I'm not gonna lie- I was suppose to do weighted squats, but my knees aren't feeling pretty lately, so I didn't finish even ONE set. I did a few other leg workouts, but I feel bad cuz thats the first time I've "skipped" a workout. Did 30 minutes and 11 miles on the bike again, and 30 minutes and 1.67miles on the treadmill.
I pushed myself a little harder on cardio tonight, cuz I MIGHTA had a really bad Friday that is really worrying me tonight... I usually have Fridays as my "cheat" night, cuz its the only night of the week that I go out, right? Well, before we went out, we went to one of the greatest Mexican restaraunts in town, and I had chips and salsa, and two giant tacos, as well as a little bit of rice n beans. THEN we went to the bar, where I drank a TON of water, but just as much in booze, and afterwards we went to Perkins, and I had a huge hamburger and fries

Thats the first hamburger n fries I've had in probably close to four weeks... So today, I weigh myself (Cuz I'm a chronic weigher, usually do it a few times a day

) and its says GAINED 2 LBS! Oh I'm sooo horrified at my decisions. blehahhhh!
To top that off- I'm leaving town for two days cuz my grandpa's wife died, and the funeral is Thursday, so theres no gym Wed, Thur, and possibly Friday. AND my vacation came up real fast- I already leave next Wednesday. Soooo it doesn't look like I'm gonna make my 7lb goal, but I'm gonna try DAMN hard with what I've got left till then to get at least half that.
Gotta go to bed now- gonna try and force myself to wake up early in the am and jump on the treadmill for half hour or so....
