Oh yay! Back on the bike! (so to speak :D) Go you.

Ya Ha but not for long, lol...I honestly meant to get back on it but instead I was lazy I must admitt.Im slowly rebuilding my exercise, one step at a time.At least I got on it, LOL!!!

Ya know it is funny.I really do like my position of overnight shifts.I havent been in all week due to a cold.I was stressin a bit but thought ah well this is what I do.I get to work and it is as if nothign has changed ya know.I missed the house and the guys and work is work.HA.I came home and i just cannot begin to explain how good it feels for me after I worked all night long to climb into my bed and cuddle up into my comforter!!!

I also finally meditated this am.
 
*UGH* Im a lil on the cranky side:willy_nilly:I had a week off were I literally really did nothing or left the house except for 2 clinic walks and some grocery shopping, LOL.

I had to come back to work last night which was ok...I mean Im lucky enough to love my job and I really dont mind my nights...for the most part...

I could be grumpy for one of three reasons...

I started meditating again today...

I had a shake when I got up instead of real food (this I think was a deal breaker, lol) Or I need to eat it with food.

Just cuz I worked last night and was nice and relaxed and easy going last week and now this week back to being busy and stressed and rushed constantly:(

OR 4 reasons,

I didnt have time to exercise today...

SIDE NOTE...I finally figured out to to make my font bigger...I never us the reply box where it is offered, so cool, I love this!!!
 
I have made the desicion to start P90X...Im gonna start on saturday as it is 6 days a week so my rest day will be on the Friday which is the end of my work week, Im off Fri morning and Im usually too exhausted to exercise...

Im confident well fairly confident that I can do it and Im actually excited.I need a routine and I need to get rid of this weight.Im getting puffier agian, I can feel it and hate it...
 
Food Tuesday

Shrimp, cooked in butter with parmasion cheese - a treat and loved it!!!

two pieces whole wheat toast
3 poached eggs

mango/banana/yoguart/juice shake with protein...(Maybe too much, next time just juice and fruit...This one didnt sit well with me today...

Chinese Food but not as bad as it sounds.I hardly ate any of it as I didnt like it.The place we went I didnt enjoy their food, it wasnt our usual place.It was really greasy and diff than what I am use to.

I had a lil chow mein
a lil fried rice
5 pork things
Prawns with out the fried coat (alot of these)
wonton soup

2 fountain cokes (not huge)

Water
4.5 liters

Herbal Tea
60 ounzes

Fiber suppliment and all my other suppliments, except my sleepy cocktail of
b50 and calcium magnisium as I was so exhausted I went straight to bed adn sleep.

I wasnt feelign well today and i htink it is cuz my tummy was a lil full...I ate way more than usual, like 2 main heavey meals, not so typical for me...

Exercise - None, ran outta time before work adn too lazy right now at work.Tomorrow I will get on the bike in the evening.

So today is April 1st...This means that in 12 days it will be my bday:(LOL

Im turning 32...Funny cuz I dont really feel 32 *OLD* HA!!!

Home

2 hot dogs (YUM) I was craving them and i gave in and damn they were good!!!

Dinner - Out - Boston Pizza

half a ceasar salad with shrimp
a bowl of potato bacon soup
2 cokes - bad bad bad...that tired dazed of just gettin up...
a piece of cheese cake that i thoroughly enjoyed!!!And dont regret

Wow what a day...

No protein shake ran outta time in the am at work and wasnt hungry.

Slept most of the day and then went straight to the resturant after getting up.

I took my suppliments

Did my meditating

Water

4 liters!!!(getting there agian:)

Exercise

getting on the bike now for 60 mins

53 mins - 10 miles...gotta work back up

Isn't it weird how when you finally want to actually lose weight that you get all obsessive and weigh yourself everyday? I totally do that too!! Great job on the loss, keep it going girl! :hurray:

HEH - I always weigh tmyself, lol.I dont look at it as obsessive, lol...I just liek to knwo what my weihgt is doing, helps keep me in line ya know.
