Sheesh, girl. Sounds like your body is trying to tell you something, and I think it was you who encouraged me that to listen to what my body tells me.
I just had some NO-XPLODE so right now my body is telling me to "GO PUMP SOME IRON RIGHT NOW YOU PANSEY!!!
I'd best comply before it starts screaming obscenities.
Your a RIOT Christain
Hi Cinderelly - and everyone, i'm a newbie so i never got a chance to see your first diary, however your current diary sound like a great plan.
My name is Anthony Jacobs and I work as a personal Trainer and i've seen many Men and Women come to me because they have gained weight due to a new career, it takes a while to get used to your time schedule, you'll find your feet sooner than you think.
You sound like an incredibly motivated woman, full of spirit, so for you, it will be easy to stay on track.
The main thing to remmember is to have a clear goal of where you want to be in say 1 month, then set your goal again, 2 months, then 3 months and so on.
If you set yourself long term goals, you automatically create a long term vision, which will set you up metally to keep the weight off forever.
I agree with some of the other posts, keep drinking that water - cut the sugars (not completetly, little by little) and you're weight will drop off.
I love my job - so if i can help you in any way, give me a shout
take care good luck
Anthony
Hello!!!!!! thanks for the encouragement today!!!!!!! GET SOME SLEEP WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hehe

Well, you have no been on here since like 1:00am soooooooooooo
you better be sleeping lady!!!!!
hehe
anyways HELLO!!!!
TGIF HOLY MOLY!!!!! How are the shins??? hopefully better!!! and the kiddos... are they at least behaving for you ?
have a great weekend!!!1 I am sure i will be on here but figured just in case!!!!!!!!
I'm definately here to help Cinderelly - I don't know too much about what your end goal is.
Generally though,
If you're just starting off, (early stages of the weightloss plan) It's important to take a little bit of time to work out what your end goal is...
Once you realise a plan/goal i would then visualise how getting to your goal will change your life (actually picture it in your head), it might be something simple like, i will be able to do work outdoor activities, play more sports - but it might also give you more confidence, and with confidence you can do a lot of things, always have a reason to lose weight.
By visualising what losing weight will bring you (apart from a lower number on the scales) your motivation will become a burning obsession to reach you goals, and you will achieve them at any cost.
This method is really effective as it gives you multiple reasons for losing weight, which means you have valuable things to gain.
My methods are more about self affermations, and getting into good habits. I typed some comments on another post within this site, suggesting 'finishing things you start' and how this method can be carried over to your weight loss plan - for eg, if you're set out a chore - give yourself an achievable goal, and finish it. If you're running or walking, set out an achievable goal (one you know you can do) and finish it, the next day step it up (but make sure you finish (even if you have to walk the rest of the way).
If you do this often enough, it will simply become a habit - i still use this when i go to the gym, running or even DIY around the house.
Your mind is an amazing thing, the more you use it the easier everything becomes, including weight loss.
Does this make sense?
bye for now
Anthony

I'm just going to throw this out there.... I'm back! [[If you remember me.]] I hope to talk to you more.![]()
Of course I remember you sweetie
I already found your diary
!!!LMAO at the shoe story!![]()
That's so sweet of you to take care of your cat like that. I know that I would do pretty much anything for my dog. Wish more folks shared that kind of compassion for their pets.
Oh, and let us know how that elliptical works out for ya.
um excuse me miss.......
you seemed to miss the climax of this whole post.....
WHAT DID YOU BUY AT THE SEX STORE!!!!!!!!!!!??!?!?!?!
SO, I need a kick in the ass. With Taneesha being so sick for so long and now me (sick again) now 4 weeks in...Im just falling apart, Ive been making bad decisions eating crappier than normal and indulging in and buying junk food and pop
I gotta get back on track![]()
I missed YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hi relly, i need to post in your diary more. i saw that you bought the elliptical, and i hope you get your run out of the thing. it helps an effing ton. I wish i had one at my house.... i have a treadmill, but i want to lose more before i do that to my knees. I hope everything is better with you and the children and that things rekindle with the weight loss. Actually i know it will. Like you said , you are no newbie. you been down this road long enough and its time that this journey has come to an end. I feel the same way. i started in 2007, and i probably lost 50 lbs those first two years all together. Now, i am i am 75% of where i got in two years in less than 3 months. This is our year, so let's have our way with it as we please..(i couldn't resist with all the sex talk lol) and lose this unwanted weight!
HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I missed YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So if you haven't already read, I was gone for so long because my computer literally DIED. In the middle of writing a paper!!!!!!!! SO ANNOYING! The most annoying part was how Geek Squad didn't finish fixing it for a week, because they like to suck money from people like me. I still have no idea what happened, because I don't speak fluent Nerd, but I think it is fixed. I hope. I have no idea.
BUT ANYWAYS! Me being back means I NEED TO KICK YOUR ASS INTO GEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No I'm just going to say that let's both accomplish one goal this week for our diets and workouts. Let's set it and accomplish it. My goal is to be in the gym for four days this week, and to not eat out. Easy huh?
Now it's your turn. LET'S GET MOVING!!!!!!!!
