Sheesh, girl. Sounds like your body is trying to tell you something, and I think it was you who encouraged me that to listen to what my body tells me.

I just had some NO-XPLODE so right now my body is telling me to "GO PUMP SOME IRON RIGHT NOW YOU PANSEY!!!

I'd best comply before it starts screaming obscenities.

:smilielol5:Your a RIOT Christain:)I should look into that no xplode stuff but I hardly have caffine so it scares me a lil.HA!!!Im pretty good at pushing myself however:)And yes it ws me that encouraged you to listen to your body...But you see I am a mother and I mother, HA and ya know the biggest rule to that is Do as I say not as I do, heeheehee:smilielol5:

Hi Cinderelly - and everyone, i'm a newbie so i never got a chance to see your first diary, however your current diary sound like a great plan.

My name is Anthony Jacobs and I work as a personal Trainer and i've seen many Men and Women come to me because they have gained weight due to a new career, it takes a while to get used to your time schedule, you'll find your feet sooner than you think.

You sound like an incredibly motivated woman, full of spirit, so for you, it will be easy to stay on track.

The main thing to remmember is to have a clear goal of where you want to be in say 1 month, then set your goal again, 2 months, then 3 months and so on.

If you set yourself long term goals, you automatically create a long term vision, which will set you up metally to keep the weight off forever.

I agree with some of the other posts, keep drinking that water - cut the sugars (not completetly, little by little) and you're weight will drop off.

I love my job - so if i can help you in any way, give me a shout

take care good luck

Anthony

Thanx Anthony:)I read your responce to ALta in her diary, it seems like you really are here to help and not as spam...LOL...Im a complicated one, I have been trying for a long time...this is the most serious I have been this past year, constantly making changes and working towards what I need to do to accpmplish my weight loss but I tell ya I gotta work very hard for the little i get:(Im a bit off track at the moment, im a single mom with sicko kids and ive gotten a bit derailed but working on getting back on track.Slowly and surely, I could use all the help I can get, LOL...So if your serious abt wanting to help...Thanx for your kind words

Hi again cinderelly

I'm definately here to help Cinderelly - I don't know too much about what your end goal is.

Generally though,

If you're just starting off, (early stages of the weightloss plan) It's important to take a little bit of time to work out what your end goal is...

Once you realise a plan/goal i would then visualise how getting to your goal will change your life (actually picture it in your head), it might be something simple like, i will be able to do work outdoor activities, play more sports - but it might also give you more confidence, and with confidence you can do a lot of things, always have a reason to lose weight.

By visualising what losing weight will bring you (apart from a lower number on the scales) your motivation will become a burning obsession to reach you goals, and you will achieve them at any cost.

This method is really effective as it gives you multiple reasons for losing weight, which means you have valuable things to gain.

My methods are more about self affermations, and getting into good habits. I typed some comments on another post within this site, suggesting 'finishing things you start' and how this method can be carried over to your weight loss plan - for eg, if you're set out a chore - give yourself an achievable goal, and finish it. If you're running or walking, set out an achievable goal (one you know you can do) and finish it, the next day step it up (but make sure you finish (even if you have to walk the rest of the way).

If you do this often enough, it will simply become a habit - i still use this when i go to the gym, running or even DIY around the house.

Your mind is an amazing thing, the more you use it the easier everything becomes, including weight loss.

Does this make sense?

bye for now

Anthony

Ive been trying for a long time but never really been seriously focused.I would say i was trying but still eat like shit and say oh well tha tis ok, i earned these calories cuz Im exercisign so to speak, ya know.

Ive been really focused for the last 1.5 or so.Switchng things up exercising like crazy eating on plan only endulging here and there...These last 6 months or so, Ive been trying to be more aware of what my body needs and trying to equal/balance out my nutrition...Im still struggling in the food department...but slowly im making better choise and choices that will burn faster. The last 3 weeks ive been sick so it has been more so carbs then anythign else.

Also with being a single mom an working nights, im always exhausted, limited time for sleep and always on the run.Ive been tryign to find better fast alternatives to eating healthy with one food out the door.

Im far from picture perfect but i exercise alot, i usually have a good routine down and ive been working on cleaning up my eating...All i can do is one step at a time, one focus at a time.

My short term goal is 190.Then i figure i will reacces from there and work towards my ultimate goal of 160.Basically though, i just wanna be a good role model for my two girls. And i wanna achieve feeling good about myself and being healthy.

As far as short term goals, i focus on 4 hrs of exercisign a week- thought I need to get in more strength training like actually develope a routine and do it a few times a week and eating well - by this I mean no fast food/junk food or very little junk food but i do endulge...lofe is too short to be fully restricted...

As far as affirmations and such go, I do mediate, Ive been meditating for 4 months now...

Ok so my day on Fruiday:)

I had a GREAT DAY!!!Just what the doctor ordered:)

I met a friend after work...I got off at 930.We started the day with StarBucks - it was on the house as their debit machine was beign stupid:DGreat way to start a Friday morning...

Then we went shoppin Baby!!!I got my tax return so I went and spend some of it on myself.

First stop - shoe shopping.I wanted to go and get fitted for some shoes and we did that.Im gonna get ont he treadmill later and try them out and hope they work for me:)

Then we went to The Olive Garden for lunch.I was good with exceptions to the bread.I had a bowl of minestroni soup and a grilled cesar salad which I only ate the chicken and crotons out of it, LOL

Then we went to a Sex Shop (ssshhh) HAHAHAHA!!!That was kinda fun...

Then we went to her place for a card reading adn it was a great one.Powerful as usual.I wont go into detail right now, we took pics of it.She said she would write down the meanings and then email it to me, she when and if she does I will post it.

I then went to Xs Cargo and boutgh a blender and and a space saver elliptical for 69 bucks. It is what the gym member ship was initially gonna cost me.So i justififed that.

My cat Tabby...had a big fat swollen paw that kept getting worse. So we dealt with that last night.HA what a show.We couldnt get her to the vet, he made an $80.00 house visit.EEEKKK.She needs surgery so 600 later I can pick her up tonight.LOL.

I also bought a Detox Kit and some Detox teas.

I had a good loooong day yesturday:)

My feet, lol. When I got fitted, she told me my left ankle is a lil bigger than my leg and when I walk my leg foot turns out and my right foot turns in.HAHAHAHA so i told her no wonder I cant get running down, LOL!!!!

She said it is pretty common though ppl having completely different feet.I am not a freak !!!

OH HA and here is my list of money going out:(LOL

500 credit card
600 vet bill
300 personal loan (friend) paying back
700 Granny

2100 out:(

I forgot abt daycare - I owe them 300, LOL

Plus my van payment 440 HA

I did well thou, I got paid, my tax return and child tax all right after eachother.

I was gonna look into a natuaral path bu tI just cant right now, tabby's vet bill is taking care of that money, LOL

And the girls need to go shoppin...

If I have some money left i want to get an iclip possibly so I can try to do the Couch to 5k, I just cant get it on my mp3 player, either that or Im just gonna start going to the track before work and running/walking

hi relly, i need to post in your diary more. i saw that you bought the elliptical, and i hope you get your run out of the thing. it helps an effing ton. I wish i had one at my house.... i have a treadmill, but i want to lose more before i do that to my knees. I hope everything is better with you and the children and that things rekindle with the weight loss. Actually i know it will. Like you said , you are no newbie. you been down this road long enough and its time that this journey has come to an end. I feel the same way. i started in 2007, and i probably lost 50 lbs those first two years all together. Now, i am i am 75% of where i got in two years in less than 3 months. This is our year, so let's have our way with it as we please..(i couldn't resist with all the sex talk lol) and lose this unwanted weight!

HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :waving: I missed YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if you haven't already read, I was gone for so long because my computer literally DIED. In the middle of writing a paper!!!!!!!! SO ANNOYING! The most annoying part was how Geek Squad didn't finish fixing it for a week, because they like to suck money from people like me. I still have no idea what happened, because I don't speak fluent Nerd, but I think it is fixed. I hope. I have no idea.

BUT ANYWAYS! Me being back means I NEED TO KICK YOUR ASS INTO GEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No I'm just going to say that let's both accomplish one goal this week for our diets and workouts. Let's set it and accomplish it. My goal is to be in the gym for four days this week, and to not eat out. Easy huh?

Now it's your turn. LET'S GET MOVING!!!!!!!!

HA - What man wouldnt be proud of that Melissa:D!!!I would ahve done it too!!!

However I have a horrible gag reflex, sometimes ever just wrapping my scarf loosly around my neck can cause me to gag...

A good deep throating position is when the wmn lays on her back with her head hanging off the edge of the mattress...I love this position and i dont gag as much, HAHAHAHA!!!
