I have to agree with the last post. That looks like a great day of food and kudos on the bike ride! But up all day and night ... :willy_nilly: I know it's so hard to fit everything in sometimes, isn't it? :hug2: I hope you find a way to fit in your sleep.

Wow, that ex seems like a real piece of work. I was half expecting to see your Tuesday workout doubled as you worked out your frustrations! Great job on your workout consistency. Makes me feel bad that I struggle to find time and motivation to bike for a half hour. :eek:

Yup yup, he is a big piece of work for sure.I hadnt exercised till then and then i exercised after he did that!!!

Thanx abt the hair it is even better now, i got a hair cut and it looks great:)now im gonna put some reddish streaks in it as well...will post more pics later

Hey mi amour :). It really does look like you dont eat enough. Hmmmmmmnnnnn. For one thing, without thinking I'm a doctor or nutritionist, you're not getting enough protein. That is important in losing weight is all I know from the mountains of reading I have done on this subject. Also, I wonder if your system is missing a nice protein breakfast? How about a whey protein shake w/ milk and fruit in the morning? I wonder if it would help you lose if you increased the protein a lot. Just thinkin' out loud..

Claud, I know you care and we have been down this road before, you like I am a caring person that tells it like it is, no worries over here hun:)

I will be the first to admitt lately I haven't been eatign enough at all, I know this...Ive been bad in general, im gonna go buy a protein powder adn I do have my shakes I need to drink more consistanly for my vits and mins benefits!

I agree with Claudia about the importance of protein, but looking back, I'm confused! Salmon, milk, pork, chicken, turkey.....:confused: Anyway, I definitely attribute my recent fat loss to gobbling up protein-rich snacks and meals more often than anything else....heh heh except the Margarita pizza I had last night :eek: Oh well, once in a while, a girl's gotta have her pizza!

These salmon sandwiches sound really good, are you making them? Buying them made? Where?

Makin them, just a tin of salmon and the reason ive been eating so much of them this week is cuz I mixed up a big tin and kept it in the fridge and just slapped some salmon bettwen two pieces of bread:)Yup im that lazy and that little interested in food:(but it was working this week, plu si need to shop and i bought a bunch of fruit today!

You're food is so consistant and you did great on the exercise even though you were tired. I think you're doing amazing but you gotta find some sleep in there girl!! Sleep...you know that thing where you're head rests on a pillow....

Thanx, my food has been lazy food, im just never hungry and need to make myself eat...the consistancy has been what was fast and esy and on hand...I made a bit tin of salmon pu tit in the fridge and when i needed to eat slapped it on a piece of bread and folded it in half doesnt get lazier than that!!!

Have you ever read Fast Food Nation? You may never set foot in a fast food joint again after reading it. lol

Oh well, I don't need to tell you that a bump in the road doesn't ruin the whole drive. Keep up the great work!
 
I guess you'd have felt better with more veges and exercise in your day, and a diet coke instead of a sugary one - but probably your calories weren't too bad? I guess it depends on the amounts.

Sushi is great stuff I reckon. It is my first choice for buying lunch away from home - a bit of everything on one tray - and it still feels like something special to me, cos it's not what I make at home, and because I didn't eat it at all until recently. Yummo. It seems as though it would be a bit light on for dinner though.

No never read it, lol, I rarely eat fast food anymore and I was oh so exhausted and picked itup for the kids...so I caved and had some shared the meal with one of the girls:)

My cals werent bad cuz I hardly eat, lol.I had abt 6 nuggets and a cpl handfuls of fries.

The sushi I didnt eat much of, well I had 3 tempera shrimps and 1.5 rolls.Cali and dynamite.The worst part was the soya sauce and it was awful, lol, soooo salty but I cant eat sushi withoutit...I havent realized how good ive been eating till I had that soya sauce, lol.

Two bad days in a row...

NO EXERCISE, LOL...

And Ive eaten:

6 digestive cookies
4 pieces of cheese
a few servings of Ritz Crackers
2 pieces of toast
1/2 can of beans
few servings of Doritos
Handful of grapes

1 liter water
20 oz of decaff tea
 
Sunday:

a plum
lasanga
a serving of cheese
french bread
soft yummy speacial cheese on the bread

2 liters of water
70 min walk (clinic) It was quite the work out today...

I think ive been on a little refeed week week here, LOL.Ive been exercisign less cuz Ive been exhausted.Ive had a sick lil girl home all week and there for I get no sleep...

I will start yoga again this week and that will add to my exercise hours adn Im gonna go back to boot camp twice a week Idecided at elast once anyway...and I want to go to my evening clinics on tues thurs, everythign just dpends on times and baby sitters and my exhaustion level, LOL

And cuz I ate mcpukes adn sushi on saturday...Im up 6 lbs water retntion...prob why i just stick to being good and all the same old stuff i always eat..
 
ok relly you have had ya bad days, now its time to jump back on that wagon and kick it ito gear :driving:

Hey girl!!!! Today is the big day for NEW BEGINNING'S you have put together a great challenge that I am pretty sure we all are going to see great results with as long as we all stay with our plan which we will lol!!

I must say we CRAVE simalar foods I had my bad few days last week that had cheese,chicken,pasta,and sweets involved lol well no more for a long time I think I litterally got burned out and sick from pigging out everyday on it and then seeing the scale shoot back up!! Well heres to good weeks ahead GL U CAN DO IT!!:party:
