Idk if I will see any changes.. I only lost 1.8 lbs.. But at least the inches haven't gone back up.. And I'm still for someone to take pictures for me.. I probably won't get them taken until Saturday.. :(
 
My oldest has a b/f...been a cpl months...and she came home today with 6 red roses:) and a sappy i like you letter that Im not allowed to read...

I lost 6.8 lbs in 6 weeks! Go me...Im hoping to not jinx myself by saying I have found what seems to work..lets hope that is the case here.After 3 years struggling on and off it is about time...I have been really serious this last year more serious than ever, cutting more and more out and continuing on my journey...hopefully i can finally reap some of those rewards...

Stress management. Two words--they seem to be the root of your weight loss IMO, from watching you--that and the night shift crises. I call them crises because from a biological viewpoint, screwing with one's sleeping schedule is traumatic indeed! you STILL lost the weight--you worked hard and earned it! :hurray: It's a little hard to tell from your pictures but that's because you had to take them yourself--but congratulations my dear! You sure are a cutie :)
 
Cerella- This is the year for both of us. I haven't taken myself seriously either. But lets face it- at the end of 2009 we both have the potential to look damn sexy. You are right... it is about time for us. So lets kick some ass in that challenge of yours!

Your hair looks good. Do you find it lightens your mood as well? Congratulations on your weight loss. For me these first six pounds I have lost have been the hardest because of just getting going again. Let's keep up the hard work and good eating. Love Kelly
 
Well my ex has been fuckin with me agian...On tuesday he showed up for his visit adn then left.Claimed he knocked on the door and no one let him in.ASSHOLE.We were expecting him.My lil girl was laying around waiting on hima nd then fell asleep waiting and once she woke up the first thing she asked for was her dad, He doesnt deserve her!!!He called my cell but it was on silent as I turn it off when it charges and i sleep.Usuallyi forget to turn it back on, yup ppl hate me im hard to get ahold of.

Anyway in conclusion we decided he didnt try hard enough.He could ahve called upstairs or walked right in..he has before, my bet is it was a great excuse for him to go home not see taneesha and either sleep or screw his g/f.

Then i get this horrible email from him and he can kiss my ass.I told him to leave me alone and he isnt allowed to communicate with me anymore.The email was horrid, i wont go into details but since he has had a g/f every opportunity he has had he throws her in my face and compares us.He also does the well my g/f said shit...WOW is all Ican say, it has me botthered at the moment...emotionally kicked down but it will pass, asshole is all i can say.

tiny bit of veggie stirfry

60 mins bike 12.25 miles
2 liters water

20 oz of decaf tea
 
Wednesday

1 salmon sandwich

a slush

cup of corn

tiny piece of pork

chocolate bar

water - 2.5 liters

40 oz of decaf tea

exercise

60 mins 12.25 miles on bike
30 mins weights

Wow, that ex seems like a real piece of work. I was half expecting to see your Tuesday workout doubled as you worked out your frustrations! Great job on your workout consistency. Makes me feel bad that I struggle to find time and motivation to bike for a half hour. :eek:
 
Hey mi amour :). It really does look like you dont eat enough. Hmmmmmmnnnnn. For one thing, without thinking I'm a doctor or nutritionist, you're not getting enough protein. That is important in losing weight is all I know from the mountains of reading I have done on this subject. Also, I wonder if your system is missing a nice protein breakfast? How about a whey protein shake w/ milk and fruit in the morning? I wonder if it would help you lose if you increased the protein a lot. Just thinkin' out loud..

I agree with Claudia about the importance of protein, but looking back, I'm confused! Salmon, milk, pork, chicken, turkey.....:confused: Anyway, I definitely attribute my recent fat loss to gobbling up protein-rich snacks and meals more often than anything else....heh heh except the Margarita pizza I had last night :eek: Oh well, once in a while, a girl's gotta have her pizza!

I had

3 soft boiled eggs at work
an english muffin

a bowl of oatmeal with apples/cinnamon (at work)

a salmon sandwich

a bowl of chicken noodle soup
2 servings of crackers

a slush

2 chicken strips (homemade)
peas/crrots
a small potatoe
glass of milk

Decaff Tea - 60 oz
Water 2 liters
Exercise - 60 mins 12 miles biike (even thou dead tired and had been up all nihgt adn then all day i got on the bike and did 12 miles)

 
You're food is so consistant and you did great on the exercise even though you were tired. I think you're doing amazing but you gotta find some sleep in there girl!! Sleep...you know that thing where you're head rests on a pillow....
