When I got home from bootcamp I had this email waiting for me from my boot camp instructor, I thought it was great.Put a smile on my face and made me feel good.I also worte her back a very nice email too!

So Congratulations! you have survived 3 weeks of bootcamp :) that's great.

I must say that in the past 3 weeks I have seen some good changes, your pushups for example have gotten a lot better but I was specially proud of your run today, you did awesome 26minutes is a great time for a run like that, now i know why we couldn't catch up with you guys yesterday :).
I really like your dedication to coming early to class and getting the run in. I know it was hard at the beginning and it is getting easier as you ladies are doing more than just the 3 laps which i think is great!
Your endurance has been increasing as i have been increasing my time from 2 mins to 2 1/2 or 3 min :)...what can I say I loose track of time.
Keep up the great work only good things can come out of all your hard work.

I am worried about your legs though :( I think you might need new shoes. Please be careful and if you can go out and get some shoes that have more cushion on the heal to absorb the shock.

I have been struggling with the walking/jogging in class due to my nasty shins always cramping and hurting.I bought new shoes yesturday before class and it seems to be making a difference, no more horrible shin cramps preventing me from walking or jogging:)!So naturally Im making better times.

Ya it was so nice to actually be able to briskly walk and JOG with no cramping:)I knew I could do it, it was the cramps holding me back.But get this, I went and bought Asisc...I think tha tis spelt right.On the weekend and tried to go on a walk/jog with htem and got shin cramps instantly.When I bought the adidas I wore them straight to boto camp, walked and jogged in them with no problem...and no cramping.Im gonna try to return them, they were 169 after taxes:(I think it is the style of the shoe and next time, im gonna get fitted , unless the other store has the other shoes that were on sale I wanted.But I think I might wait and go get fitted in a running room or something like that.

I also signed up to do THE SUN RUN.Im gonna do the Learning to Jog Clinic:)A few of my friends and co-workers are joining together.

Sounds good, my shift starts at Midnight and I will prob get on about 1230 or so, my co-worker usually stays for a visit and eagerly waits to hear all about boot camp, ha ha ha.

I need to post about my weekend and flurry of emails with my Boot Camp instructor, she is great but it was a touch and go weekend and she banned me from boot camp unless I sleep...That disgrunteled me a litte I must say.We all know how much I hate being told what to do, LOL!

Im gonna get my Aunt to take a pic of me and I will post it, with hoody and without hoody, Im slowly looking better, then I can have a before boot camp and after boot camp shot.All in all I dont think I look that bad, too bad my self esteem cant see that!

I didnt eat the greatest this weekend.Had chinese food on Fri night and left overs on Saturday, hot wings on Sunday...

The only thing I havent tried is more potassium, i really dont get any I guess, I dont eat potatoes or bananas, I gotta look it up.

My boot camp instructor Maira told me she eats two bananas a day lol cuz she likes them but im thinking tha tis a good idea.Or at least a good start.

Boot camp was good last night, it is the first class I didnt find hard.And it wasnt an easy class, but to me it easier than normal, Im finally getting use to it...

As far as food, Im trying to eat more more often.But I gotta work on making my portions small and energy foods that will burn off fast.

Finally stopping by your diary! lol. I have no idea about the potassium. And I'm not sure if you are contemplating taking a supplement... but after taking my nutrition class, I can tell you that its not worth it. If you can get the needed vitamins from food, do that! You can so much more from food, especially healthy foods... and there are multiple vitamins in them. What is this boot camp? Is it a trainer thing at a gym? Or is it a class?

btw i never asked you. you're not sleeping because of the schedule or because you can't?
