a berry smoothie
flax seed
1/2 cup of kraft dinner
nan bread
1 piece of veggi pizza
milk
Hot chocolate
Water - 2 liters
a liter gator ade
Exercise - 30 mins brisk walk (1/2 mile)Usually I do 1 mile
60 mins boot camp - we did the 3k run again...i did it in 26 mins and she was so proud of me and my boot camp friend Steph, loL!

SO glad your legs don't hurt as bad since you got new shoes!
Also, that's awesome that your instructor left you such a nice note--warm hearted!
She DOES really want to get you in shape--that's a beautiful thing, she's doing her job--and so are you!
