p/b jam sandwich on 12 grain bread

1/2 cup of rice
1/2 a chicken cordean blue
cauliflower
broccolli
1/2 cup of salad

5 cookies:(

water abt 2 liters

exercise: 60 mins boot camp

Boot Csmp tonight...

OH GOD, we ran a 3k for cardio day.So Steph and I are the new ones and we dont run, so we did the run and walk...and it was fast, like we ran for two lamp posts and walked two lamp posts.While doing that I decided I was never gonna take up running, however, my whole body hurts...now Im convinced to keep trying even more...it was a damn good work out.

The rest of class we did like 40 burpies and more running and squat shuffles...and of course followed by abs.The ab work was hard, we held on to a partners ankles and lifted our legs as high up as we could and continued to rotate that.

This class has left me feeling the most physically exhausted.

Sounds like its working girlie if its leaving you feeling like that after each workout.. hope it helps if that is what you want and need. I seriously can't wait to get back into working out again.. still got 3 weeks before i can officially start working out hardcore again.. but on the plus side all my pre-preggo clothes fit just some a little tighter then i would like.. lol anyways according to the scale at the wic office i am now 235 so i'm very happy about that. lol
 
Ka I didnt post Thursdays food but it is no diff than the other days and exercise was the same, a 30 min walk (brisk) and then 60 mins boot camp.

Friday

1/2 a bowl of soup

a cup or so of salmon salad

popcorn at the theater
large pop (Shame on me)

Wow - Today was quiet the day.I had a full day to myself with no kids.I went to the theater to see Twilight:)I just couldn't wait, had to see it.Those of you who havent read the books you should they ROCK.Stephanie Meyer is the author and she is amazing!The movie was ok, however:(It was a bit disappointing but she was true to her story line and the book itself.

Then we went to The New Kids on the Block concert.Which I must admitt was an amazing concert!But they are now old and I am no longer 13, lol!But they put on an awesome performance!Im glad I went it was well worth the money!They were the first band I ever saw and I was in love with them, so I just had to go to the concert when I heard they were touring!

It was a very action packed day!
 
I think I may know why Im cramping up...Maybe not enough protein and not enough food and not enough of the proper food like veggies.I started drinking smoothies in the morning for energy and to get my fruit in but I havent really been eating veggies and have been skipping dinner lots, im just not hungry.I need to make a conscious effort to get more veggies in...and work on protein.I bought slim fast just do I can drink it to get my protein and vits and mins in I think it is time to drink a cpl of those a day and go from there.I also think heat is a big factor,Im always cold to begin with and always bundled up on top and hten i just leave my legs...so...I think I need to always wear my long johns and my long fuzzy socks!

This morning I am going to go for a run with my friend Steph.She is my boot camp friend and then Taneesha and I (my youngest) are going to Franklin's Christmas Concert!

Cinder, for starters I want to say you are TRUE AND TRUE, what do I mean by that????

What I mean is.... if you post your food, you post the true amounts and you never hold back. I think that's awesome!!! I think you hold yourself accountable and you tell it like it is. I admire people like that, why hide, say it and own it, is what I think. BRAVO to you and your awesome Boot Camp workouts, I'm sure your seeing results maybe not huge results, but girl you have got to be toning up with all tha exercise, are you feeling it?? How are your clothes fitting you these days??? Do you see improvements in the mirror???

I know your heart is saying, THANK YOU! your making me all healthy and strong....... ***Kim is proud of her friend***

Great job!!! Keep it up sister, your going to be rocking an awesome body in a few months if you continue!

I can't wait to read the Twilight Series, everyone is raving about them, I'm not to crazy about going to see the movie, I think I'll wait and rent it when it comes out on DVD.

Hey Kim:)

It is always nice to see ya around:)!I am totally feeling my work outs.I have never worked out so hard in my life, LOL!

And as far as accountability, lol, I post my food for me not for anyone else.I am totally aware of what I am eating and so on and when I write it downa nd look at it sometimes im like, my gawd, did I really eat that or did I drink that much pop or eat that much crap.I do it for myself.

According to my co-workers and my boot camp friend, I am def toning, I dont really notice it.When I actually wear real clothes and clothes that fit then I see a bit more definition in my waist.I still have 2 weeks to go.We are half way through. We are also gonna join up in December for 2 weeks and then we will take a two week break and rejoin in January.It is alot of money but it will get me in shape and loose my weight!

Kim - if you are considering reading the series then dont watch the movie till after you have read Twilight:)It is a good movie and it follows the story line of the book well but it misses alot of the key stuff of the building of the relationship between Edward and Bella.It is an excellent series and she is a wonderful author!

Okay so I've been really bad and haven't gone back much in your diary here like I said I was going to, but you've got a few pages going on here. Gotta say the boot camp thing would probably kill me. I'm okay as long as I move at my own pace. I'm pretty good at pushing myself most of the time.

I would definitely make sure you are taking in enough calories, protein and electrolytes to keep up with what you are doing in boot camp.
 
Well you arent missing much.LOL...Basically it comes down to Im a single mom that works night shifts, doesnt get enough sleep and doesnt take care of myself properally, LOL!

Im working on all angles...Im gonna try buying me shoes...and Im trying to focus on and be aware of my protein and electro lights.I realize my work outs are intense and i need to make sure im get the right amount of everyhting.
 
Monday

Tuesday

6inch whole wheat blt sub from subway

water - 1.5 liters

60 mins boot camp - which included a 3k run...best ive done yet...i bought new runners and they seem to be alot better...i got no cramps or shin pains...i was told from the guy in the shoe store that crampy shins comes from lack of support/padding in the front of the shoe...makes sence.I bought the new adidas adizero mana, a running shoe, it got good reveiws, lol.

I did a brisk 30 mins walk before boot camp.

Morning:DCutie we were posting at the same time.LOL - Same time same place tomorrow, well later for me...im in at midnight.

Im exhauuuuusted and gonna go lay down for a little rest before the other staff come in.LOL...

Ya im hoping boot camp isnt gonna kill me tonight.This week has been a rough boot camp week, rumour has it we are running tomorrow as well *BLAH*:ack2::eek::puke::cry:Does she think she is trying to get me into shape or something geeesh!

Korrie, I haven't lost a thing yet...:(but im sure it will start coming.For the last 3 weeks I have been pushing myself to extremes I never have and never tho9ught I would.The first week, I went 3 days and the second week 4 days and this week the 3rd tomorrow will be my 4th day and I think we are gonna try for 5 days this week...So ive been pushing my body hard with no braks and my fat is turning into muscel...I will give it a little bit of time and if i dont start loosing im going ot the doc.My diet has been decent as well...just needs a bit of tweaking.
